Maybe I got a lemon. But, it flunked two sea trials. I tried it with two SD Cards. But after about 10 minutes in the ocean the camera locked up and I had to pop the battery to get it going again. I was just doing surface snorkeling. Have not decided if I am going to re-order the TS-30. Need something for a trip to Samoa next week.

problematic
difficult to operate as simple camera - instructions full of references, especially initials,not useful. Toooo much about prep/use for underwater. Not happy

Very good value for the price.
Of course this isn't a professional underwater camera, but for a hobbyist or vacationer on the water, it takes excellent quality photo and video, and has surprisingly good audio quality as well. Do not buy
I bought this for my daughters first trip to the beach. Picture quality is horrible. I am an avid photographer. Focus is slow, can not handle sun glare. Missed capturing memorable moments. Will be selling at the next garage sale for $

Great Camera for the Price
We use this camera to take hundreds of pictures a day to post on facebook for our business. Easy to use and easy to charge and upload photos. Would buy it again if we need another one.

life is a beach
Very smart and efficient menu navigation, fast to set up and it even has a manual mode, although it is all automatic...ratio of 16:9 for picture as well. The camera delivers the goods and for this price is a no brainer. In fast burst all the pictures were blurred, no luck. Maybe my bad. If this is an important feature for you probably need to spend a bit more money. Other that I'm happy with it and the quality of the pictures is really quite good.

Small, efficient, stable and good focus. Menus are user friendly and concise. Fits the hand well. Very good camera quality. Very good photo quality. Relatively easy to set-up and use from the word go.

Easy to use
The TS30 is easy to use and creates sharp bright pictures. I was able to take close up's of ants in a rotting tree. This was a pleasant surprise in such a low priced camera. It's portability means that I have a camera on my belt and ready at any time. No more lament about the missed shot or worry about the camera getting wet. Everyone needs this Lumix.
