They work as soon as you take them out of the case no messing about. They are a little bigger than expected but the sound quality is excellent.

Disappointed
Found these really uncomfortable... Ear buds not suitable for everyone. Sound quality was poor. Ended up getting refunded and got beats instead.

Great sound quality but difficult size
The quality of these earphones is great but despite the different bud sizes, I find it is difficult for them to stay comfortably in my ears.

Broke after 4 days of normal usage
I used this product for about 3-4 days and then the right ear completely stopped working properly. Tried all the forums and nothing helped.
