This is a wonderful, zippy little computer - light weight, fast, beautiful display, nice speakers.It charges quickly and keys do not seem noisy. Set-up is easy, as is moving data from old to new - step-by-step instructions are clear.

MacOS + Trackpads gestures + design @ a price.
The only serious issue was that I had to reset the SMC (system management controller) due to a thermal management issue (fan runs at high speed - noise) with light usage. Coming from a MBPro late 2013 this machine feels less stressed by those 8GB RAM. Keyboards feels/sounds different but confortable. Tempted by design / hardware / performance & options on the Windows side. Hope Apple does not become an elitist solely based on price and throws in a touchscreen and 256SSD for the $1,199 starting price.

Love this MacBook Air. It replaced an older (2011) MacBook Pro. I got the 16gig ram with the 256g hard drive and wish I would have ordered the 512g hard drive as I store a lot of music, 12,500 songs. Light fast MacBook
I moved from a 2010 MacBook Pro 15 to this wonderful 13 MacBook Air. It has all the features I need, and wanted. I like the design, and how light it is on my lap. Very happy with it. I`m not a typist so I cannot comment too much on the newer keys,, they are responsive and quiet. I like the larger track pad,,the screen is amazing. I bought a hub with usb-c hdmi, usb 3 and a charging port. The pictures I got on my smart t v were beautiful.

Have USB-C hubs ready when you get it otherwise, nothing works. No USB port. Most all of your applications will not transfer from your older Air to this one. So many privacy and security steps that prevent apps from being loaded and immense time going to other devises for the 2-factor authorization that hits you maybe 5 times trying to get things running. It is great if you are traveling, checking emails watch short videos and things dont require a lot of processing power but you want to do any professional photo or video editing i would not recommend it. It is super light, has a nice display and has the touch unlock feature which is convenient for online shopping. Still think it is a little overpriced because of inferior processor.

One Great Computer
My previous MacBook was a 2009 model. It needed to be upgraded. I use it on my desktop with a 24 monitor & a wireless mouse & keyboard. I had to purchase a USB C Hub to connect my monitor. The MacBook Air is blazing fast, thin and lightweight. B&H (Great Price), once they had the MacBook Air in stock shipped very fast. Im very pleased with my purchase.

I love my new Apple MacBook Air...I was using a MacBook Pro 2011, so obviously this is considerably faster and more updated. It is taking some time to get used the the keyboard, I dont really love how loud it seems to be, but that is a minor issue. Beware, facetime camera is NOT HD, looks grainy
I bought this new macbook air with high expectations and although for the most part Im happy with it, the quality of the facetime camera in low/normal light is totally unacceptable. It looks very similar as my old 10 year old sony vaio laptops camera. It definitely doesnt look 720 high definition as it has been marketed. So Happy!
I was somewhat disappointed when I ordered my laptop because it was back ordered. I had inquired to find out how long it would be before it came back in stock. Unfortunately, they couldnt give me a time frame and just said it would probably be a few weeks. To my lovely surprise the following week I received an email that my laptop was on its way! I was so happy. My laptop was perfect. It was beautiful when I opened it and even more beautiful when I turned it on. BH is awesome Im so glad I found them.
