This is an ok stand, but I am not sure if it is made by Yamaha. The box doesn't list a manufacturer. The one sent to me was lightly covered in a brown powder that resembled rust. I was able to clean it off and it looks ok... no signs of rust anywhere, but that was pretty annoying. As far as the function of the stand goes, it is ok. It has an adjustable height, but I would prefer that it can go lower than the minimum setting.

Good value for the price
I have never owned a keyboard before, so i didn't know what look for. It was inexpensive but works well for what I'm doing. It didn't look sturdy to me at first glance, but it actually is sturdy.

Good keyboard.
Very nice stand for the price. A little difficult to assemble only because the directions the manufactuter encloses are inadequate. I had to work off the picture on the box.
