So far so good. Was not sure what to expect but the advantage we see is for public speaking. It comes with a cardiode cartridge which it says is interchangeable with others. But dont expect the optional ones to come with it. But this one works well especially with the multiple heights of those giving speeches. Since it picks up so well it doesnt have to be moved for each person of various heights. And yet no feedback issues with additional mics on stage. Also it doesnt hide the face of the one speaking.

Great mic
great quality, bought this to replace another brand gooseneck mic that required speaker to be very close to mic- this solved our main issue and also gave us a cleaner more natural sound

Easy to install & works great.
Includes two flanges and mounting screws. Installation on a podium was a snap and the performance is great. Better quality sound than from our dynamic microphones.

Sure keeps making quality!
The phantom is quiet, on off button immensely useful, smooth frequency response throughoutt its designated spectrum design, though could be a bit less expensive.
