I have been a longtime B and H customer. I ordered my first Samsung Q9 FN 65 and it arrived damaged. I filed a claim with B and H and the shipping company and B and H were fantastic. B and H was understanding professional and made sure I was taken care and expedited a replacement. Now the TV itself. Best LED TV weve seen!
Weve had this TV for less than a week, but we love it so far! The picture is bright and the colors are vivid. Super crisp. Really deep blacks. Absolutely LOVE the One Connect system -- a separate box has all the video/audio/network connections, and a single cable runs from the box to the TV. The TV doesnt even have a power cord! Setup easy and intuitive
Delivery was scheduled, so I didn't have to worry about not being home when it arrived. TV arrived on time and in great condition. The box it came in was damaged, and the delivery person insisted that I open and inspect the TV before signing, which was a thoughtful, professional touch. BEST SMART TV SAMSUNG HAS MADE
Purchased this Samsung Q9FN 65" from B & H Video two weeks ago. The TV came in pristine condition, and was super easy to set up. After downloading the most current firmware, the rest was straight forward. I must admit, I studied numerous videos on YouTube to get a better idea on how to fine tune this unit. Samsung Q9fn 65 QLED TV
My experience thus far has been very positive, the TV arrived as promised in excellent condition (no shipping damage). It installed fairly easily on a previous TV wall mount and was either intuitable or self-explaining through the remote instructions and smart instructions. The picture is remarkable and lives up to the marketing hype. I only had it a little over a week and thus far I am pleased. The only improvement I could suggest is to be a little more detailed in explaining all the one connect box ports and their functions.

Bar has been raised again
I am so impressed with the new Q9FN, after upgrading from a KS8000 from 2016. Not only was the TV easier to set up, its blacks are deeper, the menu system is better, and it consistently connects to my Bluetooth headphones. Something the KS8000 never did. Even the freight service from DHL to Saudi Arabia was quick and pain free. Folks - we have a winner for best TV of 2018, and it's only April!

Worldclass service
Very impressed by the service. Got this TV shipped all the way to Africa and the it came in perfect condition and the support service was also very helpful. For those wondering, the TVs picture quality is as worldclass as the service. Great product. Highly recommended TV and shop!

What a great, bright picture!
Very nice TV with a bright, clear picture. Very easy to set up and fine tune. Recognized all of my components. Nice to just need one remote. Ive been wanting this for a long time. So glad B&H had such a great deal on it! Fantastic online service and prices! Thank you

Top quality TV
This 75inch TV is top quality and the viewing is superb! A super clear picture and easy to operate makes this a sure purchase. The 240 refresh rate gives a perfect video picture from side to side. I would recommend this TV for anyone!
