I Do Not Care for Samsung as a Company
But I really like this monitor. If you've never had a curve, check it out. You'll never go back to a flat external monitor again. Curve rules. On a related note, I asked for the 31 model at work and low and behold, they bought it for me. The 31 is super fantastic. Takes up desk real estate so if you have a small workspace, go with the 27. Otherwise the 31 model is awesome. Just to state it again, I'm not a Samsung fan. I just love this monitor.

The monitor worked well for 10 months and then..
The power adapter died. I checked the voltage and it was less than one when it should have been 14v. I contacted Samsung and they are reviewing my case. Lucky I have another computer.

Didn't last
I bought 2 of these and love them but one of them only lasted about 6 months and then started flickering and within a couple of weeks of that it wouldn't display at all.

can't see what would be better for the price
love the monitor, even came with the wire. installed in seconds, was delivered in less than 24 hours, thinking about getting another one but running out of desk room

Great product; Better SERVICE !
Monitor is great. Good resolution and size for my needs. Like it curved, but it's not essential. Best thing is that B&H worked with me to get me a better rate than I could find online, since I missed a sale. You just don't find that kind of customer service many places.

Love the screen
Doesn't take long to get used to; and to simply enjoy the new look. Setup was all automatic in Windows 10. Love it; wouldn't do without it now that I have one.

Curved is Cool
Two weeks before Cyber Monday my old 27" monitor kicked the bucket. B & H came to the rescue with free next-day shipping, and a fine monitor at a good price. Good - but
This is a good product and a good value - but I had gotten used to an Apple Retinal display which is a step above this monitor. While the picture is good, it is not as bold and crisp as the Retina. Still a good product and at a good price point.

Great for photo editing!
I got this monitor with the intention of using it with my photography computer to edit with! The colors are on point, the size is great and the curve of the screen is extremely helpful and allows me to see more of the screen! Would recommend!

Great merchant, great sale
Excellent transaction, monitors received on-time, new-in-box retail products (no weird knock-offs or white box), monitors were as advertiesed, no DoAs or dead pixels, and as an added bonus, the sales rep even asked if I needed cables (I did) and got them added to the order! Way to Go B&H!!

Great monitor, will buy again
This has been a great monitor to watch from the moment I hooked it up. I thought it would take a while to get used to the curved screen but the wife and I immediately loved it. The color is surprisingly good for the price and though it's good for watching video and streaming, it also serves well for photo editing and web surfing. It's very lightweight and the size specs are exact as I had to fit it into a cabinet space with only millimeters to spare. The control button is a little awkward, in the lower left back, but got used to it quickly. I also wish it had a headphone jack.

No SOUND!
I use this monitor for working. The picture quality is amazing but there is no sound. I have tried everything, including searching Google for a solution. The troubleshooting guide doesn't offer a solution either. It does appear that many others are having the same issue. No wonder it was such a good price!

I would buy this product again.
I order 3 received 3 but 1 had a bad screen. The other Two have been working perfectly so far. I have used them for a couple of weeks.

Loving the new monitor, size and brighness.
I would give it 5 stars but when it arrived and I opened the box there was no standard connector (RGB) on the unit to connect to my PC. My PC does not have an HDMI video output plug. Sat and stared a bit then, from the stilted instructions, I gleaned that I could buy a converter cable DMI to HDMI that would work. My PC has a DMI. I don't know if this cable causes it, but text is a little fuzzy while all graphics are excellent. My other PLUS for it is that it can sit flat on the desk without the stand. Something folks with bifocals appreciate.

I do stock trading and needed a great monitor. This one is the best I have ever used. I plan on buying another one so I can have a dual monitor setup.

I bought this cause I needed a replacement for my second monitor that died on me. I'm a photographer and graphic artist. I'm regretting the purchase cause I'm use to the old mac monitor I had previously. The image quality on that was perfect and crisp. This isn't. I understood I'd lose some quality and that wasn't a huge concern mainly cause this is used for tool panels (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) but now that i've had this for over a week... Show More

Very fine product; Excellent service
I use the curved Samsung monitor with my desktop. It's a wonderful piece of equipment with lots of screen real estate. It features vivid colors, excellent resolution and quick cursor and key response. I review and revise legal agreements and work with Excel all day. You would expect that the curve would distort the lines of text and gridlines, but there is no distortion. I ordered it from B&H and it was promptly delivered as advertised.

100% Worth it!
I had my doubts about working (and not gaming/movies) with a curved monitor, not anymore! I spend 8+ hours sitting in my computer doing all kind of stuff, and I feel less tired at the end of the day. Screen is matte, so no annoying reflections. Zero dead pixels (I don't know if they rate this anymore) Zero light leaks (you have to be really sideways to notice any leaks) Colors are good, can't tell about refresh rate because I don't game/movies a lot to tell. and the main reason I bough it... VESA MOUNT! not all curved monitors have it.

I plan on buying another one
The picture is great more than I thought it would be. I do love the curve and plan on buying another one soon. The only down fall is turning the monitor off. You have to push the main control button than move it down and push it again.
