Plug to Base changed
I love my Plantronics headset. Clear sound and voice. Long range to be able to go in the basement. I used my old lifter for over 5 years with no problem, then the gears to lift the handset must have worn out. I ordered a new one, but the plug into the base of the handset is straight. The prior one was a 90 degree so it allowed the base to sit flat on the counter. Now my base has a plug sticking out the bottom into a cord hole in the counter. There is not a work-around for it either.

Great Product
This was exactly what I expected. Love that I can just click on my wireless headset and it lifts or hangs up the handset. B&H provided good service and timely shipping - with great updates along the way. Thanks!

did not work for my specific desk phone
nothing wrong with what probably a great product, except that the shape of my desk phone (RCA Visys) is too round and has no backstop for the handset on the low end. B&H customer service was excellent and the return was no problem.

A must if you move around your office
So valuable to me. I can be down the hall and answer my phone. If you do not move from your desk, then you don't need it.
