Great product but should be include with original unit.
This is a great product but I fail to understand why it is not standard with the regular base unit but possibly w/o the spare battery that comes with it. When I order the main device I was left with the impression it did and was surprised it did not. I was even more surprised to find out when I received the charging kit that it came with the spare battery, is not knowingness I already had ordered an additional spare battery. Good way to get a W745 cheaper!
I wanted to buy the Savi W745 but couldn't justify the price. Then I found the Deluxe Charging Kit for a fantastic price and when added into a Savi W740, got a W745 for probably $30 less!!! I don't know why the units are priced that way because you'd think the W745 would be cheaper than a W740 plus the deluxe charging kit. I wasn't sure I would need the extra battery, but I've already used it more times than I'd expect. The fact that you can stay on the call, tell folks you'll be back in a few seconds and swap batteries without losing the call is fantastic.

Good price - timely shipping
Thanks B&H. I do tech support and the Plantronics Savi Headset has upped my quality of life, but those busy days I was having to go back to the hand set towards the end. Now I can hotswap batteries and have unlimited use of my most valuable tool. Thanks for the most reasonable price and service!

Simple and perfect
Could hardly be any easier to install. Works perfectly. If you're relegated to long calls at the desk, and your old battery isn't cutting it, get one of these, and a replacement battery. You'll have all you need for all day long.

A must for the Savi440
The SaviW440 has only about 4-5 hour battery life. If you are in an all day meeting - the extra battery is a MUST. Plus it can be hot-swapped.
