The GH5 brings the gorgeous color of the GH2 in the 4K realm. I liked the GH4 but it lacked the color I fell in love with with the GH2. And the improvements are not just in video mode. The stills are noticeably better.

One of the best Dslr out for video!
This is a great camera! I've been using RED for a few years prior to that I was in the Canon Dslr work flow. This is my first Dslr since then and I'm amazed with images and the picture. It's a must plus 4k at 60fps.

Suites all my video needs for 2019
My main workflow revolves around video. The GH5 is a workhorse when it comes to all my video needs. There are better choices for photo based cameras out there, but the GH5 takes the cake for video.

Expectations surpassed
It improves in any single way all that I hated form the Gh4: color, rolling shutter, x2.3 crop sensor... and adds much more. This is a camera to have in your backpack always, even as a pro.

Incredible Camera!
If you are a manual shooter, you will not be disappointed. Don't buy this camera if you want autofocus, that's not what it's designed for. This is by far the best camera body for the money.

The GH5 Rocks!
I'm a videographer. This is absolutely the best camera I've ever owned. It's packed with useful features and produces a great (the best!) quality footage availalbe at this level of camera.

Great photos, great video, intuitive
I found this camera so much easier to quickly learn than several others I've tried. The low light handling is great, too. Perfect for what I need as a prosumer with occasional hired jobs.

I LOVE THIS CAMERA
Still learning all the functions but this is a very capable camera in a competitive market. High bit rates combined with stunning 4k and high frame rates make this a beast to shoot with.

GH5.....Great camera!
I've had many Panasoinc cameras, LX3, LX5, GX8, GH2, GH4 and now the GH5. With each model the cameras get better and better. I highly recommend the Panasonic line. I only order from B&H.

GREAT CAMERA!!
Loving this camera!! took way too long to get out.. but except for that it is great!! Having some issues with the audio and touch screen.. but overall... cant go wrong for that price

Amazing camera, well worth the money.
The only part that is sub-par (in my opinion), is the auto focus. Besides that, this camera is amazing and if a shoot requires me getting another camera, Ill probably get another.

Great camera Buy the G9
I just sold this camera and bought the G9. No regrets! Way better video! Yes, Video! And better photography! it's like you have it on a gimbal. The GH5 is great, but G9 is better.

Exceeded my expectations!

A good camera but not for my needs.
Its a good camera but for my needs the Sony alpha 9 is a much better choice. After several months of trying to fit my needs to this camera, I gave up and sold it.

A nice upgrade.
I moved to this from the GH4 and am most satisfied. Improved codecs and frame rates as well as excellent stabilization. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Solid update
Solid update to the already amazing GH4, 4K 60p looks great, 10 bits works nice for grading and the low light performance its improved. I'm happy.
