Good hardware, don't bother trying their software.
This works out of the box. The recommended trackball software they mention on the box made my PC ignore its mouse, until I removed it. The scroll ring and the two buttons work fine without the added software.

Excellent Input Device
This is an excellent input device. Occupies little space on the desk, stays put, is easy on the hand and wrist, and is easy to customize, at least on a PC. We have 4 in active use at home.

Awesome
My hand problems (loss of feeling/arthritis-like pain) are severely diminished. No problems with driver, smoothness, lag, etc.. great product. Only improvement would be tilt control.

More comfort, highly useful, no unneeded bells and whistles
All the years using the track pad were beginning to take their toll. This trackball was highly rated, and it has been easy to use, comfortable, and well worth adding to my office.

Love it!
This is a great alternative to a mouse. I use it for 3D Cad programs and really everything. I can whip around the screen much better with this trackball. I highly recommend it!

Nice mouse...
1st trackball mouse I've bought and owned. Made a wise investment! Love it already. Plugged it in, and was off to the races. Music guys using a computer need this joint.

Almost
Everything is fine, except it is very wide. Kensington has what looks like a slimmer version. That would be better, unless you are a basketball player with large hands.

Smooth and precise
I am a Mac Pro user with a 65 4K Samsung JS6500 monitor. I need precision and this Kensington Tracball delivers. It is perfect to pick a pixel in Adobe LR or PS.

IT WORKS
The left and right buttons would be better, if they were raised, so that they could be easier for the fingers to feel. I put felt pads on them.

Fits my palm

Scroll ring
i lve the stationary mouse, but the scroll ring is not great. It doesn't roll the page smoothly, but the stationary part is great.

This is my second Orbit Trackball.
The only way I would like it better is if it was wireless. It is extremely easy to get used to and is very accurate.
