Quality Costs
HP cartridges just work. I only run through one or two cartridges a year so I don't mind paying a little extra for dependability. My only wish for this item is that would make an XL version - no stars deducted as I knew that prior to purchase. I appreciate the free shipping label for sending the old cartridge back for recycling.

Exactly as advertised
Toner for small business printer. Saved money last time with off-brand from different e-tailer and really regretted it -- it almost ruined the printer. i am happy in general with hp products and specially the cartridges i have 2 different units the machine is hp and the cartriges are hp the cartridges in general give me more printing pages than others for this reason i kept this brand or around 10 years using hp

Working well
They are functioning as they are supposed to...no issues whatsoever. They are pricey vs. off-brand carts but that was a personal choice. B&H was the cheapest, reputable, place I found to buy them.
