All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW. Don't believe the 2 bad reviews they are not true at all. Join the FB Mavic groups and see the truth. Ordered on Sept. 27th. delivered on Oct. 28th. Battery life is right at 25 minuets depending on wind and how your flying. Most stable, positive responsive, drone I've every owned.

Fantastic!!
This drone is just awesome! The technology of this craft is simply amazing, complete peace of mind flying this drone, after just one flight with the simulator then 3 flights with the beginner mode I was ready and confident with the normal flight mode, this is going to be the very best hobby I've ever taken up.

My First Prosumer Drone
Everything arrived as expected. The equipment connects to the DJI Go 4 app effortlessly. Calibrating efforts met expectations. I have to fly it to really put it to the test. But with all of the set-up processes being completed satisfactorily, I expect the same with the Mavic Pro from B&H once I launch it!

DO NOT BUY
When it works, it is exceptional but DO NOT UPGRADE THE FIRMWARE. There is a design flaw in the controller firmware upgrade process. It causes the fan to stop and the board to overheat and fail. My perfectly good controller is now a brick. DJI will not stand by the product and wants $270 to repair it.

Impressed with B&H and the Mavic Pro
I ordered my Mavic Pro on 6-22-2017 around 1 or 2 pm. I did the next day air by UPS and I picked it this morning at 8:30. Less than 24hrs. I haven't even flown the Mavic I'm still impressed with the shipping and handling from B&H. Spot On!! I want to order something just to see if it happens again.

everything I expected
I got mine about 2 week ago and its an awesome little drone. Ive been doing some flight comparisons between the Phantom 4 and the mavic so far the mavic is keeping up pretty good! No real issues yet. If the first gen mavic is this good I can only imagine what DJI is cooking up for the next model!

DJI MAVIC CRASH
I first thought that this drone will never crash because it says that it avoids obstacles but after doing detail searches that came to my mind by searching YouTube dji mavic crash and Phantom 4 crash I was shocked and I had cancelled my order on time before it shipped Thank God when I found out.

Battery not charge and last led light blink
Ridiculous! The 3 COMBO FLY MORE batteries do not charge. It is very disrespectful to the consumer. The product arrived and I will return, I could not turn on the equipment. Not understanding how this is possible has ruined an excellent wedding work that I will do. Undoubtedly disappointing.

Great Product and Size
Very Solid built and small. You can put in small backpacks for hikes. Because of size you take it with you more than you would if it were the Phantom 4 The only thing I wished it has that the Phanton 4 has, is the avoidance in 5 axis vs the Mavic is only forward and down avoidance Great Product

Buy this before it sells out
What a wonderful product!! I bought the Hover Camera, it didn't work and the customer service is based in China. Only emails, no calls, and replies takes 3/5 days and the last email, no reply!! This product is such a quality product, not a s slim as the other but a ton of features!! A must buy

Excellent product- Definitely get the hard case!
This is an awesome product. I use it for photography and I really like the reliability and safety features. It's light and easy to take with you wherever you go. I highly recommend getting the hard case bundle. The hard case is fantastically rugged and bespoke to the drone and its accessories.

ALL DAMAGED BATTERIES
I arrive with 3 of 3 damaged batteries, when contacting the store (B&H) this is disregarded and they tell me to call their supplier. How little seriousness. An article of more than 1000 dollars and does not have the minimum quality and attention controls. This is a product scam, don't buy it

Incredible Machine
Love it!!! Completely amazed at its stability and functionality. I own a P4 and an Inspire 1 Pro and this is a more than welcome addition to my fleet. I will be using this in my done business. The portability is awesome when compared to the P4 and the Inspire. Will be using this drone a lot.

One of the most amazing purchases I've ever made
The technology behind this thing astounds me, both for flying and video. Small, compact and lightweight you can easily throw this thing in my bag or the back of my car. The flight time is ideal and the footage looks great. I'm still learning how to fly it, but it's easy to pick up and go.

Good purchase
I am very happy with the purchase of the drone as I love the portability of it. It fits in a tiny bag. The only thing I noticed and didn't like so much is that the stability of the drone on windy conditions is not as good as the DJI3 PRO for example. But i'm gonna keep it. good purchase!

Mavic Pro - Oh WOW!
What an adrenalin rush! I was on the fence between the Phantom and Mavic Pro. I'm so glad I chose this little guy. All I can say is thank God for the RTH feature.(Return To Home). So easy to use, check out my first flight video below. I shot on cinelook and graded slightly in Premiere.

Only wish I bought it sooner!
Just wanted another way to photograph/video my youngsters in the pool, riding bikes, hiking and sailing. Still learning all about the modes, etc., but couldn't be happier. Initially tried to order using Amazon Prime but the shipping was going to take a week. B&H got it to me in 3 days!

Very impressive flying camera!
Fun, easy to fly, great tool for the amateur videographer. Various flight modes available at the touch of a button.. Tripod and cinematic modes work well for those more intricate indoor and close quarter shots. Very stable even in a fairly steady breeze of 15 to 20 mph. Very impressed.

The Best Travel Drone Ever
DJI hit a home run with the Mavic Pro. Now I can travel anywhere, and this drone doesnt take up much space when I travel. I also own the Phantom 4 Pro+ and the photo and video quality looks just as good as my big drone. I give this drone 5 stars. Another great product from DJI.
