Excellent as a Drone. DJI need to give option to disable NR
Very impressive as a drone for this price. However the image is terrible if you want to use ND filter to get motion blur. Too much NR applied and the picture is soft as watercolor. DJI refuses to address this issue and yet to deliver a software fix. Unacceptable! One possible work-around is the so called PAL reset. Too much trouble to go though....

Portable and powerful
I use the mavic pro for work on my farm. I use it for crop stress detection and irrigation uniformity. I previously had a phantom 3 advance which worked great but I didn't like that in a case it took up allot of space in my back seat. Then comes the portability of the mavic. It's fantastic and flys well. Can't believe all that in a small package.

greatly exceeded my expectations.
video is super steady and the drone maintains position excellently. In this photograph, taken with my phone of mac books paused screen, detail is really amazing for a camera this small. Very pleased so far despite some initial glitches re: unit's front and down sensors not working. Calibration with Assistant2, no easy task, made things right.

Great camera drone, but build quality issues present
2 weeks and 34 flights, all of which were less than 15min each, and now there is a crack on the nose. I've always flown very carefully, and put it into the DJI bag nose up. No crashes and no extreme weather conditions, but there is now a tiny crack on the nose of the drone. Besides the build quality issues, it's been a really great purchase!

I would recomment this product to my friend
The 48 hrs insurance card should be in red color so customer pay more attention and purchase that. Unit should have solt sw to turn on or off GPS and limit the operating to certain distance(ex: 200 feet) so people can practice at their local place even it in the no fly zone. Then completed can not take off when it to close to the no Fly zone

Lots of fun
My first drone, so Im no expert, but this is easy to fly and lots of fun. Battery life seems rather short. You need to put a fresh charge on them before flying. I bought a spare and the two seems to about equal one charge on the controller. Pictures and movies are great. I havent tried all the features yet, but Im looking forward to that.

It was worth the wait.
The Mavic Pro is my first drone. Thanks to the YouTube videos, I was able to launch the Mavic shortly after the battery was charged. I was amazed how easy it was to use and how well it responded. I suggest starting out in the beginner mode for the first few flights. I have not made it to the 'sport' level yet. Frankly I am not in a hurry.

Complete your Mavic Pro purchase with these accessories
I don't see how you can buy the drone without these needed accessories. 3 batteries extend your flying time enough to cover most jobs, the car charger is absolutely essential, an extra prop is very welcome when you throw up the errant stone on landing and the case ... well, how else are you gonna carry everything? A super combo for sure!

Amazing product
This product is amazing for what it is designed for. It is not designed to shoot commercial grade video, but what it does shoot is excellent for the price and size. The build quality is fantastic, portability is ridiculous and the performance is insane. We own and use Inspire2's and S900s weekly for work. We are good judges of drones.

My First Drone
Wow, this thing is easy to handle and no prior experience is needed. I have taken some beautiful videos and pictures that i never thought i could take. This is a must have for anyone who travels or enjoys taking videos of landscape. As a side note please review no fly zones that can get your drone taken away from you or local laws.

Love this UAV!
Great value. It fits just about anywhere, but takes great imagery. I have run it into the trees twice getting familiar with it (in sport mode without active sensors turned on) and it took a beating getting it out. Still works fine. Make sure Sport mode is off learning it, and be aware collision avoidance does not work in reverse.

Amazing drone
This is my first drone and I have used my friend's phantom drones before. I have to say the Mavic Pro is a game changer. The built quality, the easy use, the compact size and amazing capabilities are simply amazing. Picture quality and ability to set it up all manually makes this aircraft the best affordable drone in the market.

Very reliable
Great image quality and boy can this thing fly. Took it out on a windy winter day and it wouldn't get carried away like other drones I've used. There is a learning curve but that's to be expected so I'm not holding that against it. All around a great piece of equipment and is hands down the best drone on the market at its price.

Battery wont charge
Unfortunately, right out of the box, the battery wouldnt charge. Some internet searching trying to figure out what I might be doing incorrectly led to a discovery that this is a fairly common issue so the low rating is for poor quality control by DJI. B&H directs customers to return the battery to a company called Gradus Group.

Best drone on the market in this size class!!!
The Mavic Pro is easy to fly and the controller is the right size! The added info screen on the controller allows the operator to see all flight info and the use of the phone as a screen makes this system compact and easy to take anywhere! If you are on the fence it is a great buy for anyone wanting to travel with a drone!

Great product.
This UAV has exceeded my expectations. I had an Inspire 1, sold it to purchase this unit. It is much smaller and easier to travel with. Comparing the video and photographs to the Inspire they are every bit as good. With the Mavic I can zoom into a picture a lot more then with the Inspire 1. I would recommend this product.

This product will be used for Wedding videos and photography. Took it out for a test run and was truly amazed by it's simplicity to operate, tried most of its functions as described and it worked flawlessly. Enjoyed the tracking function where it follows the subject; stability work superbly and the 4K quality was supreme.

DJI lost me as a return customer
I ordered on September 27 and received it mid-December even though it was supposed to ship in mid-October. No apologies and no explanations. DJI did a horrible job keeping its customers informed on what was happening. Disappointed in the quality of the product once shipped as well as the quality of the image it recorded.

Fantastic Drone!
Ive owned the Mavic Pro since I could get my hands on one after it was released and I found it to be more reliablethan my Phantom 4Pro. This little drone handles superbly and rarelylooses singal. I have pushed this drone to the limbitsand I can say that this was my drone of choice until its successor came to the market.

Mavic Pro
A great little machine. Easily controlled - does what it is supposed to do, and B&H made the whole kit affordable. Only down side is the additional rotors sent do not match the size of the rotors supplied with the Mavic from DJI. Recognizing they were complimentary, I cant be too concerned. They are, however, not useful

Foldable drone, professional quality.
The mavic pro is light, compact and portable as described by every review you will read about this tiny drone. Completely worth the investment, An excellent drone for an excellent price. All the function you could ask for without the bulk and problematic travel/ storage problems of less flexable drones on the market.

Really great combo
If you're gonna get a drone and need accessories with it, get the combo. I actually priced it out, and you save a few bucks by buying the combo. Not much of a savings, so might as well get this. I bought a hard case for the whole thing, but it's nice to have the softbag when I want to toss the kit into a backpack.
