Great product - when it works.
There is a huge problem with the motor, one day it just stops to work and there is nothing you can do about it. And after reading about this problem, this basicly happens to every single unit. I took a chance and bought it anyway. Mine worked for about 10 projects and then just did not turn on.It really sucks because the build quality and performance is perfekt! So if you decide to buy it, expect it to suddenly stop working one day.

Freaking hate the DJI support. This is my third unit and out of those three only one works today and two of them are the DJI still to get fixed. One we got back from DJI still not working. They all get the same fault, which is that one day they simply do not turn on and there is nothing to do about it. This is a VERY dangerous product for big productions unless you have 2-3 extra to replace with.

Very unreliable: dont risk it.
Like other reviews have reported it does stop working. It happened to me two weeks ago during a music video shoot where 90% of shots were steadicam. Hence, had to rush to a rental and grab a replacement Arri this time! As a result we went overtime by almost 2h. We were lucky to find a replacement still available, otherwise it would have been a total disaster.

Great product
I've had this unit for a while now. Works great. My ACs are usually a bit fussy about the wireless FF, but not this one. Has never failed. Handles the big cinema lenses great. The motor and reciever are built together, which makes it all very compact, but is very sturdy. Recommended.
