The button placement and functions are poor, poor, poor

They combined the functions of the forward/backward and the up/down volume buttons into one button. That button does not work. The only functioning button is the on/off button. The placement of the buttons is strange. The two buttons are on the bottom of the neckband, while being warn. So, that means, I have to left the neckband up and off my shoulder to operate the thing. This design requires too much fussen with the buttons. They dont work anyway. Dont waste your time or money.
