Doesn't lay flat!!!
A disaster to type on, it lifts up in the front so you have that weird feeling of typing on a table with one short leg. Talking with Apple was not helpful (they said it should straighten out), and no response from our BH friends. I would go for another solution!

Another flaw from apple product
the keyboard doesn't sit flat on the table, the magnetic is somehow very weak and can't even attach to the back of the ipad

The iPad is powerful and totally a game changer to the pc market. It can replace my laptop for most the time. Specially when you upgrade to iOS 11. Buy with apple pencile and smartkeyboard, I will highly recommend to my family and friends.

Decent keyboard
It types nicely and latches onto the ipad pro very securely. The surface of the keyboard appears to be a fabric that is glued down so you can see certain areas of bubble. It does not affect its function so it doesn't bother me.

Good for those people who actually need it

Buy if you have an IPad Pro 10.5 and want productivity
I love the Apple Smart Keyboard for the IPad Pro 10.5. Easy to use, case is thin and doesn't way much and it never needs charging due to its connection with smart connector. The absolute best way to go if you use your iPad for productivitity such as writing documents, etc.

Cheap & Flimsy
Cheap, flimsy, and poorly designed. Not what I expected from an Apple product. I'll be using a third-party protective case and a small Apple Wireless Keyboard instead.

It's a Cover, It's a Keyboard
The keyboard for the 10.5 iPad Pro has the usual Apple quality - it uses strong magnets to act as both a cover and a keyboard that can be used on a flat surface or a lap. The typing experience is fairly good for such a flat product. I like that a textured material covers the entire keyboard, protecting it from spills and keeping dust and dirt out. Some of the keyboards I saw in reviews didn't lay completely flat, but mine does. The only downside is that Apple provides nothing to protect the back of the iPad. As much as this costs, it should be a complete case and not just a cover.

Great keyboard for the iPad Pro
This keyboard has suited me well with its slim and light design. It's only flaw is that it does not have backlit keys, but the brightness of the screen is sufficient enough to still see the keyboard in the dark if need be. Other than that everything works smoothly and effeciently. Buy this keyboard with the Apple Pencil and you can enjoy the full experience of the iPad. **Typed on the Apple iPad Pro keyboard (haha)

Works as expected
I have owned iPads for years, but this is my first iPad Pro. I have never used a bluetooth keyboard, but thought with the bigger screen, increased power, and upcoming iOS 11, I may use this iPad for more than just entertainment. This changes everything!
The keyboard is fantastic, and along with the iPad pro, really changes how I write. Writing is most of my job, and I work from a variety of locations. This is far better than dragging a laptop around, and the keyboard makes writing actually accessible on the iPad. I love the keyboard, and B&H had it shipped quickly and safely! I was typing in basically no time! I'm a happy customer!

A convenient external keyboard for the iPad Pro
Although designed or the iPad Pro 10.5 it also works fine with the iPad Pro 9.7. The keyboard is a handy way to keep the screen open while being able to type. Of course it doesn't have quite the same feel as a more standard keyboard, but does work fine for text input.
