May God help you if you are new to IPADS, NO INSTRUCTIONS ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND IN PACKAGE. NOT EVEN SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS TO WHERE HOME BUTTON IS. This is from someone with Android experience and several college degrees, took more than 1 hour to get up and running in a functional state. Fully dissatisfied with this aspect of product.

Gift to a musicIan
My daughter received this as a present to further her use of iPadsto process scored sheet music live while playing a viola in concert. It replacing sheet music and is big enoughtto see on a music stand, and includebowing and othernotes. So size was a major factor. She wanted one with a headphone jack, so so we didnt get the new one.

Love this iPad Pro 12.9"
After reading the other reviews, I hoped I hadn't made a mistake ordering it. And I didn't. I love this iPad Pro 12.9. I've had a mini, a regular size one, and now the BIG iPad. The screen is beautiful. It's light weight and easy to carry. It's fantastic for travel, and for everyday use because the screen is so readable (old eyes).

I knew this iPad was considered by many to be the best tablets for doing iOS music so that was a no brainer. And it has lived up to its hype. Easy to work the apps and easy to see because of its size. What was most impressive though was the price and service I received from B & H. Truly the best. Thanks Folks, I appreciate it.

Not the most current but great value for me
I have purchased items from B&H before and was comfortable with their value with no tax and best value for what i was seeking in an iPad. I got the features i wanted - 512 GB and Cellular connectivity for$500 less than the current models elsewhere. The item was brand new in packaging from Apple and met all my requirements

Great Tablet from B & H
The ordering and customer service with B & H was excellent for my purchase of a 2017 model i-Pad Pro. The tablet, Logitech keyboard/case, and screen glass all arrived within a few days of my order with free shipping. I did visit my local Apple Genius Bar to get a few questions answered and what a great compact device.

Great iPad
Its a 2nd gen but it's still a really powerful iPad. I was a little concerned about the size but I actually like it. 12.9 inch screen almost like a lap top. It is a little heavy but I'll get over for the great price. Oh and these ipads are new. So no worries about that. I will buy with B&H again they are awesome!

Excellent upgrade from IPad Pro 1st Gen
The sound is fantastic! Great pic. Fast-fast-fast. B&H offers great pricing and even though my 1st IPad Pro 12.9 still works great, I use it so often that the savings on this was enough to convince me to get a backup. SO GLAD I did! Unlike the Iphones, I can really tell the differences in this ipad. Thanks B&H!

2019 and still works great
So far, I love this iPad. This is 2019 and this is almost a two year old iPad but it works smooth and perfect. Can you save over $500 over the new iPad. I have yet to see any slowness or any kind of issues with this iPad. Save the $500 and get this iPad. It actually feels even better with the new iOS 13 update.

IPad 12.9 w protective glass
I love my IPad. It does everything I wanted it to do. Im a piano player and have condensed over 1000 songs into the IPad. No more need to carry music ,books and with an optional device can turn the page by tapping my toe. I love it and the cost was the best I could find along with lightening speed of delivery.

It may now be the old model but for me this is pretty much everything I need in a tablet. Brand new item for the price of refurbished one.
I was looking for iPad 2017 and could only find refurbished items. When I found it at B&H, I didnt believe its new. Called them twice to confirm. It is brand new, sealed in a box. Im very glad, because it is a gift for my friend who lives abroad, and I dont want him to have any problems with it.

Received my iPad in new condition as described.(New in Box). Shipping was quick and arrived when forecast and tracking was provided along the way. Cost beat anywhere I could find. While not the newest model this was by far the best value for performance. Very pleased with purchase. No regrets.

Great Tablet but still not a laptop replacement
As far as tablets go this is the best I have owned. It is fast and the larger screen is useful. But it loses one star because I bought it as a laptop replacement but it still doesn't let you run apps in parallel, which is expected in the next iOS release in which case my rating may change.

Excellent Device, Excellent Price, Fast Shipping
The device is the same as anywhere: the largest, most powerful iPad currently available. As for the retailer, the price was by some distance the best I found anywhere, free shipping was fast, and the device arrived in good and clearly-unused condition. In short, nothing to complain about.

Love it!
This is my first iPad. I bought it so I could go paperless with my sheet music. With the forScore app, I now have 400 songs on a device that weighs less than 2 lbs...and I'm just getting started. More music will be added soon. Goodbye heavy 3-ring binders...Hello high tech music library!

Puts my older model to shame
This one I bought as a gift for a family member after getting one for myself. Even though I have a working older model I wanted one with a larger screen. Not only did I get that but the resolution is fantastic, the key board much easier to use, and the overall functionality fantastic.

Amazing iPad
I bought last years model for the savings as the only noticable difference was the A10 vs the A12 chip. In reality, unless you are using multiple platforms that require the A12 the difference in money wasnt justified. The larger screen is very nice. This is my 5th iPad of the years.

Apple iPad Pro
Great if you have an iPhone. One you set up all the apps and get everything synchronized its a pleasure to use. If you add a pad and keyboard it gets a little heavy but the large screen and ability to use Microsoft office products makes up for that. Camera and resolution is great.

Except it died after two weeks.
This is my 3rd Ipad. This one seems to be a bit brighter. I like the bigger picture. It is heavier and more cumbersome than I imagined. Course I have a lot of arthritis in my hands. And, I had used it for an hour this morning and it suddenly went dead. Hope the warranty is good.

lightweight, HUGE screen. bought it purely for my entertainment while travelling. was super happy when delayed for 3 hrs on the tarmack this week. had downloaded several seasons of Netflix shows I'm behind on. holds so many more shows than my old little ipad. Also tons of music.

Great iPad
My dad bought this iPad for me, I use the Apple pencil with it and it works great! It is very good for digital art or editing videos because of the size. It is also very smooth on the newest ios update and feels good to use. I love this iPad and hope to use it for a long time!
