It’s a small microphone with a filter, bought for my 13 yr old brother. He absolutely loves it. Easily installed on windows a bit more complicated on os.

I bought this about a month ago and it's really great. I initially only used it for voice calls, but now I also use it to record my saxophone skits. It's really simple to assemble, and disassemble, and it's overall a very good microphone. The audio quality is superb and the microphone itself doesn't take up much space. I haven't had a single problem with the microphone at all. The microphone isn't only good for voice calls, but also podcasts, recording instruments, and much more. The microphone can be detached from the stand if you want to hold it closer, or away, from you. For it's price, this microphone is brilliant and, in my opinion, outstanding. ... More

I've started teaching via Zoom and some students reported that they were having difficult with hearing me. I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg and this microphone got good online/u-tube reviews. The flex could do with being a little big longer but otherwise it is a robust, well made piece of equipment and is great for the price. Bonus is being able to plug straight into my laptop.

The microphone is detected straight away by Windows 10 with no set up. Much better than our laptops built in mic. It has been great for zoom get together during lockdown

I needed to record narration for a PowerPoint presentation. The sound quality using the inbuilt microphone on the laptop was poor. I read the reviews for this microphone and bought it based on those. I agree that it’s a great product for quality and price.

This microphone is brilliant. I needed a new one since my internal microphone in my laptop was broken and this microphone did exactly what I needed it to do. It works great when doing video calls with people as my voice is loud and clear and it doesn't pick up too much background noise. It also works great for voice recording as well since it comes with the pop filter. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable, new microphone.

I was told very last-minute that I needed a better mic than what my laptop had for an event, and Argos was the only place where I could get in within a day mid-pandemic. I did not want to make a big investment but obviously it needed to be good. I think I got what I paid for. It is not podcast quality, but everyone I worked with reported that my audio was a lot better.

I love this microphone because the input quality isn't actually bad, sometimes it may be a little loud, but that is totally bearable!

I've been using this with Microsoft Teams. Good quality and so easy to set up. If you're like me and don't like wearing a headset then this is an excellent choice at a good price.

So as far as cheap mics go this isnt too bad! It does pick up loads if background sounds. I'm a streamer so using this on my desk it clicks and pops during my live stream! It's annoying but it does do the job for a short term option. The filter is pointless and doesn't actually do anything other than muffle my voice so I have taken that off!

Using microphone on Zoom makes controlling volume and quality of singing much better. Inexpensive solution to podcasting rather than using computer microphone. Omnidirectional so picks up instrument as well.

I needed a microphone with a USB connection. This was easy to set up. More importantly the quality of what I recorded using it needed to be high quality sound wise (can’t vouch for the quality of what I was saying!) and this cut out all the background noise I got with my previous microphone.
