After using these daily for nearly a month I can say with out doubt these are by far the best purchase I've made in a while. The active noise cancelling is second to none and the audio quality is superb. A solid Bluetooth connection to all my devices and a battery that goes on forever. Not a cheap pair of headphones but you definitely get what you pay for.

Just tried 'em out on 11 hour flight from LAX. The sound quality is really exquisite (used HQ flac recordings). These are now my reference headphones. The noise canceling really did its job well. My head & ears(sorry to say) are large, so comfort is tricky. I wore them for many hours straight & was very happy. Slightly costly, but I am very happy-the value is there.

I bought these for my wife as I snore like a walrus , we haven’t slept together for nearly a year. I’m 54 and my wife is 49. We have tried loads of ear plugs but no joy. We have been sleeping together since I bought these and my wife says they are brilliant for blocking out my snoring . Happy days and saved marriage they are worth every penny

These headphones are very effective at blocking out much ambient sound, although a small amount still gets through. Sound quality is decent if not quite audiophile, and phone calls sound clear and loud. Battery life and connectivity are both excellent and the headphones.charge fairly quickly. I am happy with their overall performance and features.

I have had these for a month and am very pleased. Call function work well with my iPhone 12. Music sound quality is excellent. Still getting used to the functions. My only detractor was I wish they we a touch smaller, mine are set to the smallest size and they are a touch too big and have a loose fit

The XM4's are excellent noise cancelling headphones, just like all the reviews suggest. The bass is solid, but not overbearing. The highs are clean, but not tiring. Make sure to connect to a Bluetooth 5 device and they'll even work in the next room. Extra point for them connecting to two devices at the same time, so you don't have to remove them for a phone call.

Bought 3-4 weeks ago and used almost everyday for when in the library and walking to/ from work and on a long train journey over the weekend! Battery lasts for ages and the headphones are comfortable to wear, no ear pain/ pressure/ headaches! Great sound quality and decent noise cancelling - seemlessly syncs with 2 devices and the app is handy to use too.

I brought this a while ago as have an no issues. The app that goes with it is easy to use and means I can change certain setting. I have noise cancelling on while doing uni work but when someone talks to me it turns a mic on so I can hear them. I do turn this off while at the gym. I charge it maybe once every two weeks and use it most days for long periods of time.

I upgraded to the XM4's from the XM3'S and I'm so glad I did. The sound quality is noticeably better it sounds more balanced and spacious. The bass is less overwhelming and sounds more accurate whilst the mids and treble sounds clearer and less harsh. These points as well as the better features and improved noise canceling makes these headphones a joy to listen to.

After a lot of research into some good noise-cancelling headphones, I am so pleased with this purchase. I bought them for personal use mainly, but as a video editor I need good quality headphones for audio mixing and these are superb, especially when working in noisy environments - they block out all the sound.

Great headphones, love wearing them on the tube due to noise cancelling feature. Gave it I gave the headphones 4 stars as there are a couple of things that would improve it: it leaks quite a lot of noise if you have the volume loud isn't water resistant/proof - so not great if it is slightly raining sometimes the feature to pause when taking them off doesn't work

As advertised, Noise canceling is great. SONY app took a little getting used to but after a few days it learned my environment and works every time. I also love the sound quality when I connect headphones to my DAC. Base is punchy but clean Highs are crisp Mids could be a little better but it also could be my source. Overall A+...

They are the most advanced headphones I have ever owned and my best investment to date, when I wear them the noise from the world around me vanishes as I submerse myself into my music and the audio books of The World of Warhammer.

Very happy with my purchase. I've been using my wired Bose QC15's for about 9 years, Still work great, but got sick of getting the cable caught on things. These headphones are constantly rated the highest when it comes to ease of use, sound quality etc... well they do not dissapoint. Love the feel of wearing them, the sound, sleek design. Very good purchase.

We bought these for my 92 year old Grandfather, who is currently in a nursing home, his TV was so loud it was disrupting a few of the other residents and nurseing staff. So we decided to invest in these and they are amazing, easy to use and very comfortable even for the older generation. The nurses are also very happy and no longer suffer with daily headaches haha!

I always thought that noise cancelling was a marketing gimmick untill I bought those headphones and put them on, suddenly busy street in London become silent even before I played music. Now I can ride at the back of the bus without damaging my hearing as at half the volume I can't hear the engine that vibrates my back through the seat. Sound quality is awesome as well! Definitely recommended!

Amazing wireless headphones! The noise cancelling and sound quality are exceptional. I love over ear headphones for listening to music around the house or when travelling and the XM4’s are seriously comfortable! Having owned the previous model (XM3’s) I have to say I’m equally impressed with the XM4’s and the new features included.

Sound quality is good but less then i expected compared to bose qc25 (but it maybe unfair comparison since bose is wired) Noise cancelation is better on the sony. The touch controls are not great and it's hard rise to volume, it takes to many gestures. Mic sound is ok. Overall they are nice.

I used the Sony headphones in the past and after 2 years without using one I decided to come back and the quality is at higher levels as always. Just notice the battery life goes from 100% to 20% , but that was maybe because of the initial charge as it came 100% fully charged. I am satisfied for now and will recommend. Great service from argos as well, delivery is super fast .

I bought these for a Christmas present to myself and wow. They’re fantastic. They are amazing for flights blocking out nearly all of the droning. Out and about they’re great too, reducing stress levels when in those environments etc.
