These headphones refuse to work on my PC. The audio quality is atrocious and barely even comes through. The mic is also the same. It took me an hour to anything to even work in the first place. I need a refund on this. I'm so fed up.

I bought this headphones at the beginning of the December and honestly I have only charged them like 3 times, honestly the battery life is AMAZING!. The noise cancellation is honestly life changing, it blocks every sound you can imagine nearly to perfection. Great purchase for the money.

Great sound for listening. to wide variety of styles of music. I wouldn't use them for critical mix/audio edit tasks though (that's my work). The noise cancelling is more than good enough to shut out the noise of a overcrowded train & they look pretty smart

The noise canceling and sound quality are excellent. I would of been thrilled if the voice calling capability and quality were enhanced. The people I call don't always hear me well. Very comfortable headset. I would recommend the Sony WH-1000XM4 for music and sound enjoyment.

The built, the sound quality and noise cancellation are great ! few things that doesnt work for me are 1. Multiple device connectivity is not as smooth as Jabra's (Jabra has nailed that feature) 2. Speak to Chat is really annoying Needless to say best noise cancellation i have experienced

Bought these a while back, and have pretty much used them everyday. Really comfortable to wear and have excellent noise cancelling. Recently back from a flight and can confirm they are perfect for blocking the noise of airports and crying babies on planes!

The Sony XM4 headphones were so worth it! The noise cancelling is amazing and the sound is great too. In a study space where there is a lot of noise, these headphones really help me focus. They are worth every penny!

Had this for a few weeks and I love the sound quality, coupled with the noise cancellation. Also the fact it pauses when you take them off, that helps quite a bit, especially when the swipe features don't always register. The Sony app is really helpful too!

Had previous model and connection wasn't to good if moved round the house but these are crystal clear no matter where my phone is in the house ie if phone in bedroom and I'm in kitchen (headphones on).

noise cancelling and sound quality are great. I bought it cause i'm sensitive to sound and i live with roommates. But after 2-3 hours my head starts to hurt a little but i guess that's the same with all headphones

Used it whilst flying to Japan for 26 hours in total and it still had charge left, completely silenced background sound on the flights and airports fantastic set of headphones with some of the simplest and easy to use eq settings , although a bit on the pricey side

Love them!! Super comfy, sound great and the the Sony app is very easy to use. Use these primarily with my Nintendo Switch via Bluetooth, they connect easily, no audi dropouts and a great battery life.

Brought the headphones for my daughter’s birthday she’s over the moon with this, the sound quality is amazing it has features to block outside noise, she likes that she can hold on one side of the ear muff to mute and able for her to have conversations with someone else.
