Amazing sounding headphones. First thing I did was put on an old jazz recording FLAC from a live concert in the 70's and the soundstage is so good it felt like I was really there at a live performance. Separation is great, signature is balanced and accurate. Great deal if on sale for $80.

I bought them May 5th to use in my voice over booth. I went to put them on and the left ear broke off.

I use a pair to mix live sound at my church. These headphones did a great job of isolating and allowing me to fine tune a channel without any bleed from the live house mix.

Very accurate headphones, especially at this price point! These along with Fostex's T50RP's are my go-to headphones for monitoring right now. The build quality is good enough, a little bit "rickety" but nothing to complain or worry about.

Very displeased. There is a problem with the design. I do not put that much strain on headphones. It snapped with little or no effort. I had the Audio Technica ATH-M50X for years with no issues like this. The SRH840's have a great sound but I cannot buy these again if they are going to break.

Look, they sound great. They're just too heavy for extended use. Maybe I have the weakest neck in the land, but gah does my neck hurt after using these for 60 mins. Be warned.

Bought these on crinacle's advice. These are incredible value at msrp but insane value at $80. Slight v shaped tuning makes them a very enjoyable listen. Recommend replacing the stock earpads though.

Not as comfortable as my DT770s but they fold up really nice for packing. I have a set of 4 of these so that travel with me for podcast recording sessions.

It is a bit too heavy that it will fall off if I lie down. Otherwise it's great.
