Quality made headphones great sound. The only negatives is the wires on the headband, left and right side they stick out and are at risk of getting damaged. The other is the lead which is kind of long but the main reason is that it's heavy. Wouldn't recommend for public use.

I bought these headphones by way of recommendation from the Guitar Center employee who claimed that they were the only phones in stock that could be driven by an ipod without the need for a headphone amplifier. Frequency response was terrible. Mid-tones were reaky and thin. Low frequencies were not crisp and over accentuated. Also, these things were friggin' heavy. They don't stay on your head squarely if you move around and slide all over the place. In summary, I took them back and got the Beyerdynamic DT770 and couldn't be happier.
