This is a fantastic kick drum mic. It's practically bulletproof. Like the sm58, this really doesn't need an introduction. If you need a good kick mic, this is it.

I'm a pro drummer getting my home recording together. The Beta 52 has some nice bottom. I have to turn up the input more than I thought I would, but I'm adjusting to that. Overall very good.
