I haven't had any problems with this mic except if it's really windy out. Then you have to buy an extra wind protection, otherwise the sound is unusable.

Fantastic microphone. I didn't know what to expect, one of my soundie friends recommended it. When testing it, I wondering why I wasn't getting a great deal of signal, both phantom powered and AA powered, however I realized the microphone was only capturing sound within a specific range. The audio came out crystal clear, and I was extremely impressed Great product. Low signal quality however.
