This is probably the best lapel microphone you can purchase for under $200. I paired this with a RODE Wireless GO setup and it has been great! I would definitely recommend!!

These are the best-sounding lavs I've used and I've been using lavs for many decades. Just be aware that if you are outside in wind you will need to use a fuzzy windscreen, just like any other lav.

The plastic clip is held onto the metal clip by a tiny screw. If you think it's broken it may have just come unscrewed.

I'm spoiled. I normally use a Shure SM7B and wanted something less massive for video. The lav has a great form factor, but the sound is nowhere near the quality of a real mic. After reading all the rave reviews, I was disappointed. I didn't expect the difference to be so great. I put the Shure on a boom and the sound quality is much better.
