Integrated windscreen is terrible - you can't remove. This is way worse then the G3. Why?? This is a step DOWN, to force us to use this windscreen that can't come off. Bad move. Returning and buying the SONYs

As with any other piece of precision equipment, set up is crucial. Especially so with this mic. We thought we knew what we were doing and skipped this step and felt dissatisfied until we looked on YouTube found out what we were doing wrong. Now, we could not be more satisfied! Good sonority and presence. Minimal ambient noise pickup. Good range. You won't be sorry if you purchase this set With Sennheiser, that extra money is buying you extra quality.

This is pricey gear but you get quality and that is key when you want to capture clear audio. Only issue is that instructions are largely graphical than written, so you have to do some thinking to install the hotshoe for camera mount, for example, but I found all the instruction I needed via YouTube.

I had been using a $159 lavalier setup (two transmitters and two receivers for that price) for years without complaints after doing a little postproduction on the audio and it worked good enough for corporate training videos. This however is a different league. Easy to use and set up and great quality audio. Worth every penny IMHO.

We have been using low cost wireless systems for quite a long time but were frustrated by occasional dropouts or pops and squeaks on our recordings. We tried a variety of different solutions but without success. We finally made the decision to invest in the Sennheiser system and our problems were immediately solved. Our recordings are crisp and clean with no interference or dropouts.

I have used earlier versions of this mic for several years, both as body mics for theatre, as a means of feeding a signal to a remote speaker in an outdoor event, and for remote recording ambient sounds where I cannot have a cable or obtrusive set up. I have had no trouble with these, ever. I tend to use other mice instead of the one supplied, but that is my preference.

I have used this brand in the past and fell in love with the quality. They are easy to use and produce great sound for any video project!! I wanted to purchase these through my new job (which is a non-profit) and B&H Chat was very accommodating and answered any questions I had and even helped with a non-profit discount, which we truly appreciate!

I had to set up a live recording studio during this time and this was recommend to me by an experienced producer. These were so easy to set up and use. They provide excellent sound and are perfect for our DSLR camera.

I'm not a fan of wireless mics in general... putting them on people, snaking wires through their shirts, dealing with batteries and possible radio interference. But sometimes I have to use them, and this basic set from Sennheiser provides a very solid, professional solution. Sound is clear and clean, batteries last a long time, and build quality seem excellent.

Found a YouTube video to help me with syncing the units, and wrote down all the steps for scanning a location. With the receiver attached to my Ronin S, I made a good video on my first try. I recommend buying the B&H case to contain your wireless units and your Zoom recorder for protection and easy access.

I have used these wireless mics for years and they are fantastic. They work great and are easy to set up and use. We keep a couple of extra sets of rechargeable AA batteries in the case with them and they are always ready to go.

Always loved Sennheiser's ENG line of wireless. This model does not disappoint either. Great light weight for use on a handheld rig, but durable enough that I don't have to worry to much about breaking it. Fantastic price, fast shipping. Can't ask for much more.

For me this is the best wireless system at his price point, the new omni lavalier microphone is really good, nice signal range and very good battery duration. My only regret is that now in the year 2020, I think they must used a more realiable and practical type of power, maybe a built in rechargeable battery, or like some portables sound recorders, two ways of power (a built in battery and AA batteries) One suggestion: I don't know if is possible but it would be the perfect product when Sennheiser can make only one version that covers all the frequencies available in the world. ... I do production sound for narrative and documentary films, and these lavaliers have worked wonderfully. They're really quick to setup and sync. They're small enough to hide fairly easily on talent. They feel really high quality, and like they'll last a long time. I highly recommend this system.

Ive used three different versions of this wireless system. They do get incrementally better. Its good for this price range, but Ill probably wind up upgrading the microphone, as the kit mic is rather large and difficult to conceal.

I was forced to buy these after my old ones were obsolete because of the frequency change. Overall, glad I did because these have some improvements from the older versions. Seinheiser sent me the $100 rebate.

This kit isn't working well for me. When the mic cord gets twisted we have been experiencing a lot of feedback and distortion. During a live event it is very difficult to fix. I wouldn't recommend this system and would go with one with a better build.

A great mid-tier wireless lav system. I've owned many Sennheiser kits over the years, they are a great for just about any video production. Reliable, great sound, easy to use and solid build quality.

Used it to get several interviews. The sound is crystal clear but I would recomend to change the lavalier mic and use a better one
