Excellent microphone. I was so pleased with this mic. I do voiceover and on-camera for a living and this has made on-the-go auditions and gigs so much better. The sound quality of this mic is professional. Happy to have found a microphone compatible with my DSLR and iPhone that does the job well.

I got this as cheap mic to use with my iPhone when recording music ideas. The first thing I noticed is how well it was constructed. Its made of metal, not plastic. And I love that its a condenser mic that doesnt require a battery. It comes mounted on a DSLR shoe mount, but I wish it had a mounting adapter for phones. Recording quality is clean and clear.

I'm surprised at how well this mic turned out and along with the two-channel Saramonic preamp I have a good audio system on my Panasonic G85 and quite cheap

I added this microphone to an ATEM Mini in a church. It is used to pick-up the sound from the congregation while excluding noise from the control booth. The microphone worked great for this. The cable included picked up EMI noise from the equipment in the control booth. Replaced the cable with a UGREEN shielded 3.5mm cable that allowed no noise into the recordings.

The wind screen is a tight fit. Removing and replacing it seems to wear it out as the tight fit leads to chipping of the edges on the windscreen. I do not think it changes its functionality. I am not sure if its better sound than the latest iPhone iteration.

I have the Lumix GH5 and this is a great microphone for it. I give classes which is transmitted to many over big screens and the voice pick up was imperative. Great product.
