The originals were decent, but not fully reliable. The new update allows the transmitters to always record when they are on and that is a game changer!!

I called in and asked a sales rep for help on what to purchase. After a few questions to get an idea of what uses I needed it for, they suggested this one, and since I already own a Rode USB mic I figured it was a perfect fit. However, the reason I didn't give 5 stars is, I didn't realize, nor was I told, it doesn't include the mic that you cord into the device and clip onto your shirt. I was a little disappointed since I was expecting that.

I use these mics for female officiants that are wearing dresses. I just clip them to the top of the dress and it does the rest. Great mic!

Charge them up and use them! They work great! Excellent sound quality. Works up close to you but also has the ability to work at a bit of a distance. Nice mics!

Most of the videos I shoot are outside, and these have great wind and noise cancelling. I've never had to use the audio recording on the device, but it is nice to know it is there.

I found the 2 Person Microphone system a definite advantage for a school webinar on Zoom. I added the mics to a BlackMagic ATEM mini and had excellent sound quality for the webinar.

When it works is perfect. Sometimes it just dies the battery on the receiver from full charge it goes to none. Beware alwasy record with 2 systems. Faulty battery

Never use this for a wedding ceremony when the DJ mic uses a WIRELESS system. It will cut the audio for the DJ's wireless mic. If he has a corded mic, you're fine. BEWARE!

These little things work wonders and sound phenomenal ! I went in blind and barely have to do anything, just hook up and go, literally! Love them and would buy 100000000 times over (only if i had to)
Faulty product

A receiver arrived damaged, the purchase was made 1 month ago and the warranty return is not effective. Currently the product is detained at the Colombian customs due to lack of documentation and so far no one gives me reason. I do not recommend B & HPHOTOVIDEO for purchases from Colombia.

Love it. Sounds great. Large record storage for always on recording. Convenient size. Pad and mute function should be separate. Optional lavalier mics are very good too.
