Using the PreSonus AudioBox iTwo with PreSonus Studio One version 3.1 Professional on my MacBook Pro laptop and recording vocals, guitar, and audio from various guitar lessons on YouTube for repeated playback. Paired with JBL Studio Monitors I'm finally doing what my daughter asked me to do almost 25 years ago -- record my guitar playing (without expensive equipment). I have the studio together with my guitars and keyboard. I'm having the time of my life and making recordings I hope to try to sell online as MP3s very soon.

I had some issues initially getting sound to come across. I was recorsing, but getting no playback. I spent 5 hours fighting this issue and was ready to pack it back up. So i un installed and re installed and saw where i completely overlooked a driver link to download. Fixed the issue right away and I've been jamming every since. Really great for home recording

Full Disclosure: I purchased on another site. I bought it because the new iPad Pro does not have a headphone jack and I was using the iRig before, and it was the same price(other site)as the iRig Pro I/O, and it came with a mic, XLR cable, and studio headphones. I figured if it wouldn't work with the new iPad, I would use it on my windows based laptop. I did need an adaptor to run the hardware, and went with the multimedia adaptor from Apple witch has usb-c, usb, and HDMI inputs on it. The new iPad even powers the Audiobox, so I didn't even have to run a separate line for power. Just run the power through the adaptor and I'm good to go. It Worked with AmpliTube software. I haven't tried it with the *FREE* Capture Duo software. My biggest gripe was I couldn't figure out how to get the Bluetooth headphones to work for monitoring. So, I had to use some studio headphones direct into the Audiobox. So I think the other iOS user must have missed something. If you are running an iOS device and are looking for an interface, this one will work. ... More

Simple to use and easy for beginners like I am. It is all that I need for m small home studio. The extras are a nice addition to the bundle. The Studio One 3 is an awesome DAW to work with. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in recording audio.

The description for this contains the phrase "compatible with iPad" which complete junk. The free software can only be used on a desktop . So what you get is an interface and the only way to mix or use native instruments is for desktop to do it. And that software is a lot harder than I was led to believe.this is an overpriced irig. And you can ask for support thru the website but you have to download another for that
