Still getting to know these mics, but sound amazing on a piano, paired with a royer 122 I can't think of a better sound.

picks up everything, not harsh at all like other mics I have tried. You need a quiet room for your recordings. Great on my 12 and six strings, stunning detail and clearity.

Studio standards. These set the bar for professional capture of stringed instruments, percussion overheads, and much more.

They are very clear and true. No false overtones.. Very detailed sound image. I use them for my drum overheads and acoustic recordings. The best mic IMO

Like most Neumann products this is the standard. As soon as we plugged them into the LA-2A we could see the clouds part and the real beauty of a 1933 Martin shown through.

These sound great. I've been recording for over 40 years. I missed my original KM-84's but this is value. I like what they do.

it's tough to find better pencil mics. Zero noise, beautiful sound on acoustic instruments, and are my go-to mics for many applications.
