I'm no professional but this thing makes me feel like one. There's no latency and it's super versatile. It works great with a mac book pro and logic. The software is just like a mixing board and it works thusly.

I use the MK3 in my professional recording studio paired with a monitor station and a aston orgin mic. Vocals come out amazing which makes mixing even better.

As its the first sound card I bought, i'm not disappointed. My KRKs have never sounded so great. I connect the soundcard via USB and its very stable, and have the luxury of pluging it FireWire in the futur (if I buy a new computer lets say). Thought, I hate the clip sound my speakers does when I turn on & off the machine; it forces me to turn my speakers off first.

I did install this product on a new labtop with Windows 7. At first the output function OK. I coudnt get the input to work, so I tried to reinstall the program. After this neither input or output would work. I have also tried to install the program on a XP machine. It did'nt work at all. More help is needed if this thing should work at all.

I use this interface for live sound reinforcement applications and run room mics for Smaart as well as effects returns for VST plugins through it. The quality is great, and I'm very happy with the design so far. Be sure to set up the correct ASIO drivers though, the Windows defaults might start acting weird at some point.

This is my 4th, the 3rd one i've bought used. Best thing since sliced bread, at least for a DP user. Solid as a rock, and when it finally expires it'll make a great doorstop. Love these things.

So far so good. I haven't really pushed it to the max yet, but it looks to have everything I need, and so far it's worked reliably. The build quality is overall solid, though the knobs feel a bit cheap. I'd just recommend being gentle with them.

for a long time I look for portable sound card to recording jamming in multitrack and this card simply do it!! and if you practice you don't need the laptop to use it! great product in reasonable price!!

Unlike several interfaces I've tried, the UltraLite enables external channel mappings in Live, meaning I can iso record individual tracks. It's also a lot more stable. I love the size for all of the connectivity it provides.

My favorite engineer, Marcelo AƱez, recommends this and no wonder. It sounds great seems rock solid and is very versatile. I see a review saying this doesn't work on High Sierra--I doubt that, since the drivers go at least to Mojave, and I'm using it in Mojave.

Just got this installed. Setup was fast and easy, the sound quality is very good and the amount of control over the port routing is excellent. I would definitely recommend this unit. Installed on a Windows 7 64bit PC recording sound from a sound board.

Easy to plugin and get running, nice portable recording and playback device also at higher sampling rates, real-time processing possible. 2 Inputs with phantom power option, for additional inputs a preamp will be necessary

I use my UltraLite for sound design in theatrical/installation environments. While the two preamps aren't the greatest, and lack of optical I/O is somewhat a bummer, this offers a good balance of functionality and cost. It's particularly nice when your working environment changes often, and the CueMix software is also well-designed.

This interface sounds amazing, such a jump from my mbox. My Genelec speakers sound incredible, there is such a differentiation in frequency and much clearer power. Very happy.

I have mine still working after almost 10 years! Upgraded my mac several times but always using the UltraliteMK3 interface. It works well as an USB interface with newest mac drivers from MOTU.

I read that it didn't work with Catalina, nothing mentioned High Sierra. I'm sure it's great once you can get it working.

plugged it in and it works. I'm able to work immediately but in the meantime I will read the manual, I promise. Hoping it lives a longer life than my last motu product.

This is a great audio interface for the price. I use it for realtime audio synthesis with Max MSP and have yet to find a flaw with its functioning in what I'm using it for.

It's excellent, I M using MOTU UltraLite-ml3 to handle a 5.1 system with logic Pro X and after a few small adjustments it works efficiently

easier to control by software than by the knobs which require complex operations to get to the different functions
