Upgraded from the venerable Steinberg UR22. Sound is much better! Ergonomics of knobs is great. Love the level meters. Not sure how I lived without them before! Also front control for independent 48v is great. Very happy I upgraded!

does exactly what you need and records a very good quality sound. just take note that if you only record 1 channel, it will record mono, and you'll need to replicate the track in your software

Without the LED meters you are just guessing. Returned others like Scarlett because no audio in/out metering

I was going to buy the scarlet 2 but realized it's been on the market for a while. The MOTU m2 has 32-bit float! That's a big deal. Don't believe me? Google it! It's worth every penny!

We use this for live streaming with two studio mics and sometimes guitar and mic. Having the meter is great. Sound quality is awesome. Nice to be able to use a mix of Analog and Digital together.

This device is unbelievable. I measured the SNR and it's even better than the manufacturer specified! This thing should cost $800 for this level of quality.

The Steinburg UR22C had a flat sound quality, but the MOTU M2 had a brilliant sound. I listen to music more often.

After reading TONS of reviews, the conclusion was that, for the price, the M2 was the best interface there was. And I agree with this statement. Great interface!
