Had these for a few weeks now and I have to say I’m really happy with them. Firstly, remember this is an inexpensive product, so obviously the sound from my wired Apple earpods is superior, but there was absolutely no way I was paying for Apple wireless Airpods, so I tried these instead. Although the sound isn’t as good, after a short time you forget and don’t notice. They are comfortable (come with 3 different sizes of tips). I like the compact charger/case. It has a small cable/usb plug that fits neatly to the underside of the case. A satisfying snap shut lid, magnetic connections to secure the earbuds inside. The touch controls can take a bit of getting used to. The right amount of pressure/time etc. You can’t forward or rewind tracks unfortunately, only skip entire track. The EQ settings are unclear in the instructions, so I had to ask JLab customer service - 1 beep is JLab signature sound, 2 beeps is balanced, 3 beeps is bass boost. You cannot customise it. The battery life seems to be really good. I gave it a full of charge when I got them. Have been using them for most nights for about an hour and a half each time for 3 weeks. When I put them in, the audio prompt is still saying battery full (according to instructions that means 75% to 100%. So the case obviously holds a good charge. I haven’t had the opportunity to try them out on a phonecall yet, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, if you want a decent pair of wireless earbuds but don’t have want to spend loads, I would certainly give these a go. ... More

I bought these for an overnight stay in hospital to listen to my Calm app to help me sleep and wasn't expecting a great deal for what they cost and went for these as they had the longest battery life for lower cost buds without having to recharge. I actually didn't sleep very well in the hospital due to all the background beeps and discomfort I was in. I used these to watch movies, listen to music and ambient sounds on the app. Sound was good, clear and did block out some of the background noise too. At the price I paid I also wasn't worried about losing them. The case is neat and great for recharging the buds. Before buying I'd seen other reviews which said how the small cable built into the case makes them fiddly to charge, I didn't have this problem and actualy find it's easier as just plug straight in and will be great for charging in car (if you need a longer cable I'm sure extensions are available). These are now my favourite headphones and if needed replacing would buy the same again. If there any negatives, it would be that as the headphones magnetically snap into place in the case, they can be a bit fiddly to get out (this is especially if you have just put hand cream on for the night). I also find for me they don't stay in overnight (fine during the day), but that could be just me turning over in my sleep, they do come with 3 different size ear inserts. I've had these for 2.5 weeks now. ... More

My first wireless earbuds and wary re connecting to my phone and how they would work for phone conversations on the move. I mainly use when out walking dog and I chat to friend or listen to music or podcast. But very simple to connect. I fiddled initially with volume and hold etc but got used to the bud - tapping controls easily enough. Clear sound for phone conversations and even better for music. The ear fit is very comfortable and snug- in fact a slight issue is that they are so snug that I could feel my ears pound as I walk along and have to withdraw bud slightly from ear to let air in! But used to positioning of buds now. I was wary of wireless as didn’t want hassle of running out of charge, but so far I seem to be getting a good duration of charge. Just have to ensure that ear buds returned into charger/ holder at end of the day. Wireless is indeed easier to handle when I have dog lead/ raincoat / treat /doggy bags to contend with on the dog walks! Glad to pick teal colour as I hope it makes buds more obvious in my ears- anxious not to appear rude if someone speaks to me and I don’t answer back as can’t hear them. Dog walkers are a friendly bunch! The price is excellent value when compared to some makes that my children were trying to persuade me into, and so a great choice especially if just venturing into wireless (and if,like me, also have a habit of losing phone ear pieces!!!) ... If you are hesitant to buy these because the price seems too low for good quality ear buds, I am here to tell you - buy them! You won't regret it. I read the reviews and it all seemed too good to be true, but these are fantastic. They fit into the ear nicely. Connecting to a device is simple. They are touch-sensitive, so you dont need to fumble with your phone or music player to change the volume. Tap the left ear bud once for volume down, right one for volume up, double tap to pause, long tap to skip to the next song, you can even change the bass effect by triple tapping. The charging case feels nice and has a magnetic lid. The ear buds are also held in place with magnets to charge them. There is a small USB charging cable attached, about the length of your pinkie finger, that tucks underneath the case and remains hidden when you're not charging. The only complaint I would have is that the head of the USB cable that inserts into a USB port is plastic and feels a little cheap, but I've had no problems at all connecting it to my laptop and it charges perfectly fine. Its just a little different from normal metallic USB heads. For the price this actually feels like a genuine bargain, especially when you see how expensive Apple or Samsung ear buds are. ... More

I initally purchased this product expecting to return it, due to it's low price point. I looked up reviews and majority of people said these are great. There were a few others saying the sound isn't great, so that hindered my expectations also. But you never know how it will truly be until you try them out yourself (unless every review is under 2 stars then you kinda get the hint lol). I mean, sound quality aside, the amount of features this product has ALONE exceeds the £20 cost; touch controls, noise isolation (I believe), wireless earbuds, indicating lights, EQ options, auto connect and disconnect, etc. Incredible. Anyway, the sound quality. Oh my goodness. Top quality! I was blown away when I first tried them on. The sound is so clear and immersive. The fit of the earphones as well is top top top knotch. Before this, I tried out a £80 pair from amazon and none of the earbuds fit my ears well, so the sound quality was not worth the cost at all. Part of getting the best sound from earbuds is their fit in your ear; if it's a right fit, you get much better quality opposed to an ill-fitting pair. But yes, the fitting. It is so snug and I am very pleased these earphones come with mutliple buds for you to try out. I am totally blown away by these earphones and I will recommend it to everyone under the sun. Thank you so much JLab, this has 1000% changed my view on budget earphones. I am incredibly happy with my purchase and no doubt you will see me again in the future! ... More

I’m surprised by the Quality of these JLab Go Air Pop earbuds can sound amazing for such a small size. The case looks like a premium one you’d find from the big names in the business though it has the advantage of a built in usb lead which fold into the base. It’s a great idea that means you won’t forget the lead to charge it if out and about when the battery is low. Talking of which. They’ve lasted a long time on a single charge for me so far. The sound quality is, obviously, the most important aspect and Jlab have concentrated on good bass and treble levels with an equaliser that has three settings, this is changed by pressing the touch sensitive earpiece three times quickly. A sound will play to tell you which mode you are on, from bass boost to normal and bass and vocal. The bass boost really does give good bass at the expense of the mods though it seems to keep enough treble to keep me happy. The middle setting is best for a good all round sound. They paired with my iPhone and android tablet easily and both earpieces worked straight away. The set comes with 3 sized earpieces to fit most ears and was comfortable to wear for an hour without feeling they would fall out. I definitely recommend them to my friends for the quality & features of the earbuds. I’m really happy to use them for my daily routine. ... More

In a nutshell the earbuds is really good. It has all the features you'd be looking out for in an everyday use earbuds; Its really sturdy(mine has fallen down about 4 times now, with very minimal scratches on the case and the buds itself) It has a really long battery life (used it to watch a series spanning over 6 hours overnight, without worrying about charging it) It has a great mic, clear even with one earbud The sound quality is great, with the adjustable buds you can choose the size that best fits your ear for a more immersive experience, and when you have chosen a size that fits your ear perfectly, it also serves as a decent noise block. The connection range is fair,..i mean it's not all that, but its fair, covers a good distance even with walls and obstacles in between Overall I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the earbuds so far. I bought these as a stopgap as my puppy had chewed my Samsung ear pods and I had lost one of my apple ones. Anyway, despite a more expensive pair having arrived I could not be more thrilled with these. They are comfortable, are loud enough to hear my talking tapes when I am walking and, what’s more, I stupidly wore them in the swimming pool and after trying to rescue a drowning dog they hardly unsurprisingly fell out (it was a big dog!!). Anyway, there they were lying on the bottom of the pool and by the time I had got the dog out and tried to pick them up with my toes they had been lying on the bottom for about 15 minutes. So, out they came, left in the sun to dry and they still work perfectly. I will no longer be buying £150 + ear phones or ear pods when these do the job just as well!! As I say; brilliant product! ... I had recently bought a pair wireless earbuds made by a famous Japanese brand in a January sale but was so dissapointed with their sound, and being unable to do anything about their very harsh treble I returned them for a refund. I was unsure about buying a brand that I had never heard before and was not expecting very much at this price point anyway. I needn't had worried though, these J-Lab buds are excellent for the price. Initially they did possess an oppressive, over-emphasised treble, until I discovered that there were 3 equalisation modes and manged to select a flat response which I preferred. The only quibble is that operating the selector buttons on each bud I found very fiddly and they didn't always do what I was expecting. Overall they are excellent value, are easy to link to your blue-ray device and give better than acceptable sound quality. I was particularly impressed with the charging/stroke storage case: when the buds are taken out they turn on automatically and when returned to the case they turn off ready for charging if necessary. In conclusion I highly recommend these if you cannot justify paying a higher price; of course if you can then you ought to get a better product but these J-lab buds will take a lot to beat. ... More

These earbuds are perfect for me. I mostly use them for listening to radio and TV on my tablet and find the sound quality fine for that. Seems OK for music too, but I haven't used more expensive ones, so can't make a comparison. They come with three sizes of bud. I use the medium. The bud part is comfortable. Initially I found the outer part to be slightly uncomfortable on my right ear, but it is fine now I am used to them. I did think they were white in the photo. They are a pale pink/lilac. Had I realised I would probably have gone for the blue or green version, but I don't mind this colour. Very good value for money. The whole unit charges fairly quickly. The bus recharge whenever they are in the case. Connectivity seems great. I can move around our house without taking the tablet to a different room (however our house has no solid internal walls which helps with such things). A good purchase. ... More

The three preset graphic equalisers are pretty decent too. Nice, clear sound, no hissing or crackling. I like that you can use these as a pair or just one if you need to. Completely wireless so complete freedom. The inbuilt charger wire is pure genius, no need to scrabble around for a wire when your buds need charging. These earbuds have very much exceeded my expectations in every way. They fit comfortably in the ear, have excellent sound quality, cool features to control your device by tapping them and a built in microphone for making calls. Most of all though, the charger case has loads of capacity and they lasted me a whole month before needing recharging, and I use them most evenings. The batteries in the buds claim to last 8 hours, but I have never come close to wearing them continuously for that long. Every time they go back in the case they get recharged and are ready to go. Previous wireless phones I have owned were a bit disappointment, these are not. A handy feature is that you can use a single bud if you need to keep one ear open.
