Simple to learn for first-time interface users, comes with good free software (Ableton Live Lite), looks pretty cool. Lots of input options, and pretty well supported if you have any questions and need to look anything up.

The product is spectacular. My son can record his percussions lessons and the quality is great. We change the 4i4 for a 18i8 and the result, after every record session, is unbeatably. We recommend the complete line to all the readers.
I would purchase this again, once I learn how to work it.

Device didn't work the first time I tried it because output 3/4 aren't routed anywhere. Other than that, works great.

Well the purchase was for my boyfriend birthday gift to replace his super old model which was the solo so I replaced it and upgraded it as well to the 4 he really loves it.

Easy to use, although I did have to chat with Focusrite tech support to get it working. Turns out it doesn't play nice with all USB hubs.

I love this unit! It makes recording a breeze! In fact, with my digital setup, I play through it all the time now. That way I can record my practices and potentially get a good riff or two out of it!
