I went to my local GC and bought a Digital Reference DRV-100. What a waist of money. I own two Electro-Voice Cobalt 9 Microphones. In comparison between the two the Electro-Voice beat it hands down. I run a small Karaoke Service, back yard parties, Birthdays, and other venues. I needed an extra Microphone, so I bought this one. I had to turn the gain up on the DRV-100 quite a bit to get it to match the gain of the Cobalt 9. I'm so ashamed of this Mic I won't let my singers sing with it. Now it sets in its box, unless I need it. I use it to announce my next singers. As an announcement mic it is only ok. For the same price as the DRV-100, I can buy a much better Microphone. Buy an Electro-Voice Cobalt 9. You'll have a great Microphone. ... More
