I bought these with the intention of live shows, the overhead condenser mics stopped working one day and I can't figure out why, very unimpressed.

Great set of mics for the money. Sound solid on hand percussion. I have 2 tom mics on bongos, the snare mic on a bodhran and get a surprisingly full sound from that. I haven't used the overheads yet.

Use live ,so quick to mount and don't have to mess with them much except for kick mic . Hard to find good tone in some of the low register so have to drop some of it out and go super low . the kick mic seems to play nicer then

So far, so good! Purchased these a few weeks ago and have been pleasantly surprised with the sound they provide. My band mates commented on the kick sound my first gig using these. The Beta 52 is still my go to but this kick mic was solid.

They capture the drums but I soon realized they just don't sound great. Can be made to sound ok with work & will amplify your drums for very little money. Still on the market.

Only used for one gig - so far so good. The metal clips should be much more durable than the cheap plastic ones. Comes with a nice padded carrying case
