One the very first day the left earcup started hissing for no apparent reason. I have updated the firmware, rebooted the phone 3 times and the problem persists. Absolutely disappointed. I live in Brazil I paid almost double the price due to import customs. Do not recommend the purchase.
Bluetooth issues connecting to the laptops and the Bose Music app

This is good as long as you are using your phone. Connection to laptops are not stable and it interferes with other Bluetooth devices such as keyboards and soon you'll get a headache caused by the weak quality of the sound. The Music app will eventually pair to the headphone but will not recognize the headphones the very next time you open the app. Overall great headphones if you use it only with the phone and not with the laptops.

I bought these has a replacement to some other wireless headphones that I had bought 6 months previously and had issues with them hurting my ears. These are the first type of over the ear Headphones I have bought and after reading loads of reviews I bit the bullet and bought them. They are THE best that I have ever bought. Definitely the best headphones I've ever had, the sound quality is brilliant, cancels all noise out, absolute bliss. Very stylish and sleek and comes in a lovely case with magnetic bits to keep wires neat and tidy. Very easy to use and doesn't feel bulky while wearing it. Very efficient and easy to use just by tapping the side of the headphones. Definitely recommend, my first Bose product and my favourite headphones!

I had the Sony 1000MX3 but they got damaged while charging so I needed to replace them. So I'm In a good position to compare both headphones This is just my opinion NC is much better on Sony, I sometimes wonder if it's even working on the bose head phones Sound Quality is similar, bose slightly better Phone function Better on bose Build quality is better on the MX3 In summary the bose look a bit cooler bit they are more expensive then the nc is much less superior

I have used these all day every day for the last few weeks for making calls on Teams and listening to music whilst working from home. They are very comfortable, even after wearing them all day and despite my glasses. The noise cancellation is excellent, when you switch them on it suddenly goes silent. I had some trouble with the initial connection from the app. However, after updating the software everything seems OK now. Simultaneous connection to 2 devices is glitchy.

I bought this product mainly for travel purposes. The noise cancellation on these headphones is great, making my flight much more enjoyable. Not mentioning that they come with a great travel case. Other than that the sound is crisp as well as clear. They’re very comfortable even during long use and they’re good on battery with quick charge. Shortcuts can be tricky but once you learn them they’re very convenient and very responsive.

Purchased these as a Christmas present for my partner. He absolutely loves them, he says the sound quality is amazing. The background noise cancellation is astonishing, he can't hear me speaking for example but can hear an alarm going off which is great from a safety aspect. The Bluetooth range is brilliant as well and very stable. His new favourite hobby is housework wearing these so he's happy, I'm happy - worth every penny, ha.

Headphones work well when paired with my phone or iPad. Noise cancellation is excellent. The advertised connection with Alexa is a frustration. Both the Alexa and Bose Music App must be used. The Bose Music app is very difficult to use. It is a big problem to pair the headphones with the app. Spent 60 minutes with Bose tech support and still not working. Not worth the premium price.

Best headphones I have ever used. The sound quality is outstanding. The noise cancelling is great - I have been on meetings while my son is practicing drums and those on the call couldn't hear. They are extremely comfy and I wore them for 4 hours no issues. Downside is the price. They are not cheap but seem to be of sturdy quality and will be an investment. Very lightweight too.

The headphones cancel out noise extremely well, sometimes a little to well as I couldn't hear a car beeping its horn right behind me. They are extremely comfortable although the QC 35 11 is just a tad more comfortable. The touch controls work well and are always responsive but will be troublesome in the winter when you have gloves on

These are without a doubt the best headphones I have ever owned, which includes my air pods! The case is so stylish and practical with the strength to protect your head phones while in your bag. Love the compartment for the charging lead in the case, keeps it tidy and secure. The headphones themselves are so luxurious, real smooth and comfortable to wear with a sturdy, solid build. They adjust easily and offer complete noise reduction. Fantastic for zoom meetings or just listening to tunes.

These headphones are definitely not audiophile level headphones. But, they earcups are nice and deep so you get a fair amount of the 3D feel like on some AKG open backs. The sound is very good for portable listening. Although I am a metal head and the EQ it comes with is a bit tinny for metal, definitely recommend adjusting the EQ

I bought these for work and have to say they do their job really well! Noise cancelling on crowded environments make it easier to concentrate as well as microphone quality. Music sounds great, rich and crisp sound. I also use them for gaming and work really good too! Overall a great product.

I love the new headphones, the pause, the volume up and down on the headset is great as well. The noise-cancelling options work amazing. The scary part is that every time you put it back in the case you need to move the headset up or down the pole. I am not sure that it will hold up, I love them but will get the insurance on them as I am scared that they will not last.

So far the best headset on the market. Sound is exceptional, noise cancelling amazing. Mic does a great job filter out background noise so your caller can actually hear you.
