This is my second Behringer mixer. The first one lasted about 5 years with lite use then over the next 5 years the xlr channels began to fail one by one to the point it was no longer useful to me. This second mixer failed totally after less than ten uses in under two years. All I get is the digital effects display number and red lights by each of the four compression controls. Nothing else works.

Very good sound quality. The effects are very good too. the mixer seems very solid. I like the equalizer and the compressor for the mic. Behringer products are always very good. By the same time I bought a Behringer XM8500 Microphone and it's works perfectly with the mixer. The quality is astounding for a very accessible price.

I use this board for live streaming. We were in a smaller mixer without the USB connection, and it was a nightmare. With the USB connection and added inputs, we're pretty well set for the future. As most people know, Behringer is pretty much killing it with their product quality and price. There are other boards out there that have better components, and might be more durable, but I can replace this 4 times before I get to the price of the competitors.

I've bought several of these Behringer mixers in the past few years. I use them for college interns to broadcast live baseball games in the Cape Cod Baseball League. The mixer is very simple, has the basic ports necessary, and does not kill the bank account. Only one downside: If something breaks, there is no fix. It's a throw-away mixer. In the past, a channel or two has failed, and a mute button has failed. I keep a back up mixer just in case.

This mixer will serve to eliminate several outboard pieces I have and do it all from one convenient board. It offers several great features from the many inputs to the easy to use EQ and effects. The controls are very intuitive and work well I'm using this for my garage band PA. So far it works great and I am very happy.

I decited to try the USB into DAW. To my suprise, it all worked great. No latency problem, The only noise was the headphone amp which dont count. So the Presonus interface is back in the box . I have no negitive comments as this mixer works as advertised. I previously left a comment and sorta changed my mind.

Space was my initial consideration in choosing to replace my much bigger Allen & Health USB Mixer with the smaller desktop foot print of the X1222USB Behringer mixer! The seller was great. Fast shipping. Affordable prices. I'm a very happy customer!

As other reviews have said, the hiss is very much there when you record. And if you use plugins it only amplifies it, essentially making this useless in a home recording setting because the hiss will be so loud it can and will overpower everything else. A shame, because the hiss kills an otherwise great mixer. But again, it hisses like insanity.

Nice mixer, nice clean but after using in field once realized that there is no seperate 1/4 left channel right channel control out...Just the xlr outs and 1 headphone out they labled ctrl instead of having 2 xlr out, 2 1/4 out, and one headphone out. Was happy with built in compressors

use it with 4 mic.with effects & 8 musical instruments at same time. it has a compressor on each mic.channel great for singer. The equalizer will help you control feedback depending of your stage & speaker set up

Bought this to upgrade from the mixer I was using and I am very pleased with it. I do some live gigging and some DJ work as well and this mixed fit my needs. Easy to use and the built in effects at cool, I plan on some recording with this as well. Thumbs up!

Have used this mixer for and event with multiple mics great sounds. Plan to use for some music recording also. Sturdy build quality, good sound and easy layout of controls. Have found our particular unit is not quite leveled it totters diagonally when sitting on a level surface, but not bad.

Just exactly what I needed to record vocals and four guitar amps. Plenty of options. On board effects are great!

this is my very first mixer and i have to say i'm amazed. for the price you just cannot beat it. some people say it's cheaply built, but i disagree. i ve done my homework and research. for me mixing music is purely for personal entertainment. i love it so far. it's a very nice mixer.

This is a great buy for the price. This does double duty for live sound and recording. The USB setup is great for recording but also for playback of tracks for live sound. The quality is excellent especially in this price range of under $300.

I am in between bands and have found this board to be superb for the money. I do my own recording with it. This includes open air mics as well as digital workstation recording. It's also great for small combo work. You could pay twice as much and not get any more features!

Used the first time the other night for karaoke and everyone loved the sound. I replaced a Mackie 12fx and the results were good. The effects and the equalizer added much to the performances. I like the Mackie equipment, but this was less money up front and I am completely satisfied with the result.

If you are not an expert with recording equipment and computers stay away from this one. On your computer if you don't have a 3.0 USB plug(what is that right?) then it will not work. Hav been writing and calling Behringer to no avail.
