The microphone sounds great. The pre amp housing is well made. Low noise on the cord. Excellent tonal quality. The only thing I would have like was a removal microphone. All in all very well made. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a corded lav microphone.

It does what I wanted it to do! Used with video camera, it picks up voices great with fine fidelity. I am well satisfied. As with any such mike, be careful about rubbing against clothing or breathing on it; but that's not a mike problem.

This mic works well in a perfect situation. However, it picks up too much wind/breath noise and pop's and overmodulates with the slightest of wind or breathing on the mic. I would reccomend the Audio Technica AT 899 for this situation. It cost twice as much. But, when you have a crew and expensive talent the peace of mind and less stopping for technical problems is well worth the extra cost.

I already owned one Pro 70 microphone and loved the quality of the audio. I shoot and edit video for a local TV show and I wanted to purchase a second Pro 70 microphone so I could use them for interviews. If you need high quality audio for a small price, then I highly recommend the Pro 70.

Been playing acoustic/electrics for years without finding one with built-in electronics that sounded like an acoustic until attaching this AT-PRO70. The only complaint is that you have to be careful when handling because the mic is attached to the clip in a precarious way. Placement matters so find what works because it can sound really good.

These lavalier microphones are great our courtroom depositions. Reliable, rugged and with the 6' attached lav connector, we are able to hide the power supply (body pack) under the table and out of sight, so our recordings are clean looking. The sound quality is clean and clear. One of the best microphones for the buck!

Good bang for your buck on this product, especially if you're an amateur film maker, or if you're conducting an interview. My only qualm with this is that I wish the microphone head was a tad smaller. I've also used this to record electric guitar, and it sounds great, especially after I EQ'd the recording.

We are using this mic for on-camera interviews in a simple setting where the more expensive wireless lav's are not needed. These mics have a great sound that makes the voice rich in quality. Worth the money.

We connected this to an iXZ Mic & Instrument interface to attain professional sound during video recordings using an iPhone 4S. Simple setup. Works flawlessly. Audio is 10X better than using the iPhone's internal mic.

for noisy rooms with little to no sound isolation this little mic is great for capturing acoustic guitar with included, and adjustable soundhole clip. filters out unwanted noise so that only the sound of the guitar , or anything I wish to record comes through

Exactly what I was looking for. A great lavalier microphone at a great price. The sound quality is excellent. The cable for the lav mic on pretty long and the unit can be run from phantom power so you don't even need a battery in some cases.

I don't know much about audio recording yet but the sound quality that comes out of this little lav mic seems great! I even used it to record sound from my Ukelele and had fantastic results! I can't wait to get a second one!
