I bought this microphone for my trip to Yellowstone tomorrow, hoping to pick up the howling of the wolf packs, but the microphone does not come with any cables to hook up to my camera. Disappointed in this purchase.

Been using this product for church productions and must say that it has a clean signal but seems to be not as strong as other microphones. Definitely need phantom power.

I used this to shoot a small green screen shoot and the room we were in had a slight echo (I could not hear it without listening to a mic) and this mic made it sound like we were in an empty tile-floored cafeteria. We didn't have the best mic position, but it was only 2 or 3 feet from the talent and I was unimpressed. I suppose I shouldn't expect the quality of a high quality, expensive mic, but with the reviews this had, I expected better. The overall lesson is that this is still a cheap mic.
