Ok sound for ear phones, but nothing great. But what's worse, is they stay in for literally a few seconds. If you are sitting at your desk not moving fine, but if you want to wear them and walk or run, they will be useless. They need some rubber or something to stick better rather than pure plastic. There are better $10 head phones.

Theses headphones are apple standard and have been reliable from past experiences. They are of great quality and produce a wide range of frequencies when listening to music or voice audio tapes. The design of the headphones produces a clear and concise range of frequencies. If I was going to give a suggestion it would be for Apple inc to produce in ear headphones as the bass frequencies on the standard could do with slight improvements. The Headphone parameters seem to respond to the Mid and Treble ranges, and the bass frequencies sound like a sub-bass. The lower 20hz frequencies are not really heard. Only a suggestion? ... More

Bought these because I needed new ones. These have L/R printed on each ear piece so you know which piece goes in which ear. They have a button so you can make the sound louder or quieter. They're light to wear and don't make your ears hurt. The sound quality is very good. Can't fault them. Good price. If you don't have a jack port on your phone you will need to buy the Lightning to Headphone Jack Adapter.

These are good to have, when they’re brand new the sound quality is amazing loads of volume and bass. However as the earphones age over a few months the sound quality worsens because the music gets quiter. Unless you have these on warranty don’t bother buying as you will be making constant purchases to keep maintain a good sound quality.

Lot's of different ones out there, some with better sound, some more comfortable but this one is a classic. I still like it. Wish they did a black one as white does get dirty fast, is easier to spot if you forget were you put it though. I had one fail (one side when silent) and one being destroyed when it got caught , luckily I took out the Argos insurance. Has paid out for me (although the first problem should have been fixed/replaced anyway)

Thought these would sound better than the standard earbuds which come with iPod's, but not so in my case. Yes, they have better bass extension but the trebble is boosted as well making then sound harsh at times. Worse, percusive insturments make the diaphrams pop sometimes which is really annoying. I boxed mine back up and there they sit. For under $xx B&H price they are worthwhile but better sounding products are out there (albiet these do have the iPod controls and a mic).

I hadn’t realised I’d been listening to poor quality earphones my entire life until I tried these! I am completely blown away by the crystal clear sound quality. No sound distortion and they actually fit inside my ear and don’t fall out (unlike other headphones) can’t recommend these enough. 10/10

Love the look of these and they aren’t a bad price. But this is the third pair in less than a year with the same fault developing in both the previous pairs. Sound from one ear piece is fine but nothing from the other. If these go I’ll try another brand but you would think Apple would have it sorted wouldn’t you.

I have had two pairs of these headphones (Lost the first pair on a plane) and they are honestly the best I have ever had. They have great sound quality, fit my ears comfortably and come packaged correctly with everything inside. Argos recommends that the headphones last 2-3 years with good care and I can tell you now mine lasted 5 years. Definitely recommend buying.

If you still prefer to use wired ear pods with your iPhone, these are the ones to go with. The work seamlessly with your iPhone, and you'll never have an issue. They're solidly built and generally last a long time. I usually lose mine before the break. They're good for a backup pair of ear pods in case your AirPods die in the middle of a conversation or meeting. Here's an easy hack: buy some replacement foam pads for ear buds, and put them on your EarPods. It's tricky, but once they're on, the ear pods will fit more snugly in your ear, and the bass response will be enhanced since there will be less leakage due to a poor fit. ... More

I've tried so many earpods. I love my huge headphones, but they are bulky and not good for carrying around all the time. I really need bass in my ears...as a musician and creator or dubstep and trance music...I want to be able to hear the bass, as well as have volume, and mids. These guys are amazing. The best I've heard. I always feel bad for people who have only heard music through earbuds with no bass and fullness. These are great. I use them on my RAZR Maxx.

Ultimately it’s the quality hands-free aspect that tips the balance for me, I use headphones for (iPhone) calls, podcasts, audiobooks and music. I’ve tried other brands and bluetooth styles but so far these have been the most effective multi-purpose headphones/handsfree set I’ve found in an affordable price range (though they’re still around £10 overpriced in my opinion, especially now the airpods are out). The sound quality is surprisingly good considering the bud style.

These replaced the set that came with my phone - the sound had gone in one earpiece due to damaged wire. I chose these again because despite the fact that they’re not the best fit for my weird ears, the sound quality is superior. I can hear all the nuances in my music that I never heard when using other brands of earphone. They *kind of* stay in my ears when jogging, and they are moderately robust - don’t store them in the bottom of your bag and yank them out from underneath without due care!

Look, I know these are not the greatest in the audio world; there are certainly much better headsets out there. However, when I am walking my dog or running the EarPods let in enough ambient noise so I can be aware of traffic and other potential hazards. In addition, since they do not seal, I can have normal conversations with the EarPods in my ear and the music paused. I've not found anything else that meets this use case. So, I bought a replacement when my original set developed a short in the cable.

Love these !! Have tried so many earphones and the sound quality of others are awful! I don’t have a iPhone or anything but I borrowed a friends pair of these and had to get some for myself! The best plug in earphones on the market in my opinion!

I lost my original apple headphones that came with my phone so I initially ordered some ‘similar’ non-branded ones from Amazon for £12. Big mistake, they were cheap, quality all round was rubbish! I guess that should have been expected but they completely stopped working after using them a few times, by this point they were no longer available on Amazon anymore, to review or return! Should have just saved myself a tenner and bought genuine ones straight away. Definitely recommend these ones!

I bought these , for my teenager , it’s the 3rd pair in four months . Unfortunately she as a disability and not very good at putting them in her pocket correctly unify thru fall out in and around school . She is. My foster daughter and needs to listen to music to help calm her whilst travelling to and from school as it is quite a journey . Hopefully the next pair I will pay for the insurance which I didn’t realise. But very happy with this product and helps keep young lady from having her anxiety issues.

There were delivered on time and we're a good price. Sound quality wise, they aren't the best, but are ok. I wasn't expecting them to be incredibly high sound quality. I love the remote control, which is very useful, and the EarPods are comfortable to wear as well. The main reason I didn't give 5* is because, while I brought them to use with my iPad, they don't work very well with my Android phone or other devices with a 3.5mm output. But generally I'm very pleased with them.

I am a huge fan of Apple Products! I have about 15 Products in my home. And I already knew the old iPod headphones were bad sounding. And earbuds never stay in my ears & always hurt. So when the new earPods came out I was hopeful. Totally disappointed! The sound is not good at all. They say they improved the Bass? I think not! I still can't see why Apple can't make a good pair of headphones. I owned a Vertical over the head pair from Sony & they blew these earPods away in sound quality. If your a huge music lover or musician like myself, Don't Buy These! ... More

These earpods have amazing sound in general but especially the bass is unbelievable for earphones, Since most earphones lack in the low end. The only thing I dont like is the size its a little to big for my ears. But I imagine its depends on each individual person. It is officially only compatible with apple products, but I used it with LG phone the only thing that is not compatible is the remote volume buttons. However the main remote button works to pick up & hang up call, to play and pause video & audio.
