Really happy with the product, only thing I would say if you have small ears they're not suitable for you due to the size, I would recommend the 2nd generation.

Really good overall. Haven’t got the perfect ear for them to fit perfectly. I work in a noisy environment. So definitely can’t wait for the new pro model with noise cancelling

High pitch noise developed after using for 2-3 weeks. Checked the internet that this is apparently a common problem. Will try to return and get a refund as a faulty product.

Disappointed in the fit. Not made for my ears uncomfortable and I am therefore not using them . The sound is good but useless if they fall out. What can be done ?
