I bought this pair over a year ago and love them. Use them daily, sometimes for hours, comfortable and with an audio reproduction that I really find comfortable and extremely hi-fidelity. Would recommend for anyone wearing headphones for extended periods in the day or night.

Save your money and buy the regular studio version. They're exactly the same as the studio version except in a new color. The only difference is these come with Cheap velour pads and extra AKG stickers. Not worth the price mark up.

Theses are perfect headphones for recording. Very accurate and clear sound. No colorization. I highly recommend.

I got a B-stock, and it was brand new in the original plastic wrap. Amazing sounding headphones. Not only for the price, but just in general. Neutral and non-discriminate. Perfect for my critical listening class and mixing!

I got these to replace a Sony set I've been using for years. I was blown away by the quality of the AKG's sound. The price was right, too.

They deliver great sound for the price range, however, they are not comfy at all, and they feel cheap, i will return them and exchange em for higher-end beyers

I reviewed this below. Here is an update to the review. I use the phones off and on in a very limited manner. After it came back from service, it finally gave up today. The right phone does not sound. HK says that it cannot be repaired anymore but they offered to exchange it for $ + shipping. Seriously? Not buying another HK product.

Sound quality decent, but not impressive. I have a cheaper headset with better sound quality. Used for 8 months in office until the tab over the right can fell off. When it did, the can came loose from the headband and there are two very thin and fragile wires connecting to the can. Those broke immediately. I failed at soldering them back on and just threw the set away. This is enough for me to not purchase another AKG product again.

Quality that's right you get what you pay for them plus more. The sounds are so clear and they are pretty durable.
