Good, but some issues.
I've owned several joysticks over the years. A Microsoft Sidewinder, then a Logitech Attack 3, a Saitek X52, then this. This is by far the most comfortable to use and best feeling joystick that I've had. Far more precise and better feeling than the X52 which is now sitting on a shelf. Great joystick for the money
I needed a flight stick type joystick for the new game coming out SC and a few other space combat titles. I needed combat funtionality and good response. This joystick had a good number of buttons and they were well placed. The base is solid and gives me a stable base. They are programmable and I was able to reassign them in the game. Very happy!
I am not a serious gamer, but the next best thing to actual flying is a flight simulator or an air combat game. And no one flies using a computer keyboard! Overall good joystick
I use the T.FlightStick X Joystick on my PC. I primarily play ARMA 3 and this joystick auto set pretty well to it. Only thing that didn't auto set was the throttle and that was an easy 2 second fix. Sensitivity is good and response is good. Center is perfect with no variance. I bought this to replace an old wireless Thrustmaster because it was getting old swapping batteries. No I have to readjust because the response time is a little faster with the wired joystick. This joystick is bulky and takes up a good bit of desktop. My only con. I would buy again for the low price. Well worth it.

Responsive
Worth the money. I'm new to the flight simulators and didn't want to spend a whole lot on a joystick as a beginner. This was an ideal purchase because it comes pre-mapped to FSX. Great value for the dollar! Very responsive and easy to use, makes the game more fun. Only 4 stars because it doesn't have a physical feedback feature, no vibration or resistance while gaming. That's all that I think is missing.

Inexpensive And Gets The Job Done
Used mostly for FSX. Only has single throttle so if you fly any aircraft with multiple engines one throttle will control them all. But that's not a complaint. If you want a multiple throttle stick you'll pay multiple dollars for it. For what you pay and what this does it gets the job done. And adjustable friction is a plus. No complaints from this desktop pilot. ;-)

Exactly what I needed !
I bought this joystick to play Flight Simulator X and I'm very satisfied. This joystick is robust and confortable, more than I tought. All controls are precise, especially the stick. The Preset and Mapping fonction is not very clear to understand, and the throttle control could be more precise and smooth. But at this price, this product is near perfect.

Great Joystick
The Thrustmaster joystick is a very precise unit. Responds very well to even the smallest input. My only negative comment is that because of my hand being very large I tend to activate the trim switch thats at the top of the handle, just above my index finger. Not a fault of the unit!! I use it for Flight Sim X and love it.

Inconclusive !
Received defective. Aileron and rudder controls slow and ineffective. Thrustmaster is also slow in replacing it. They claim the replacement will go out next week. Design and build quality seem excellent for the price.

Thrustmaster Joystick
Purchased this product to use with FSX. One thing I really like is the heavy base and the response time. This joystick very easy to operate. Overall this has been a very good purchase.
