Shure is a sure thing!
I purchase the shure wl184 to record tutorial. I need the supercardiod because I am recpording speech with music going on in the background and I wanted the speech to be captured and clear. I've used this mic before in the past and was very please with it's performance so I when I thought about all the choses for a new mic I chose the 184. Plus I already had the ULXP Wireless System with a handheld.

Huge improvement over stock omni...
We use this product during our church services to record the ministers while teaching or preaching. It has terrific pickup and is very well made. Compared to the stock omni mic, it is much heavier. Feedback is no longer as much of a problem. Gain before feedback is now MUCH higher, thus resulting in better signal to the mains as well as recordings. Thanks very much!!!

A step up
We use this mic in worship. This was a step up from the original mic that we had been using for several years. The large windscreen helped dramatically decrease the popping.

Excellent Quality Lav
This is a high quality lavalier for presenters. Clear, well-built and reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you are using Shure wireless systems.

Great Mic!
