These headphones are great and sound amazing in a quiet room or studio. I Bought these headphone to use when I am recording and when I'm listening to music when I am travelling but they preform so much better inside. If you are looking for headphones to listen to music in the house these are perfect but would not recommend for noise-cancelling. These are my first over ear headphones for recording so I have no comparison
