Works well
In case you're wondering how the old ones come off and these get installed, all you have to do is pull the edge of the foam and it comes out. Just give it a good tug and they should come off. You don't have to mess with the plastic part of the headphones to remove the old foam or install the new foam.

Missing a bit of low
Love the fact that they match super with my KRK active monitors. Earpads dry out quite fast. Little cracks in the material. Not too serious yet, but will probably fall apart in another 5 years or so. They lack a bit in the lows, but I do not mind that too much. I like the natural sound.

I love my KRK headphones. Are they the best? Yes for me and what I could afford. I have KRK studio monitors speakers and I love them so I thought the headphones would be just as good. And they are. Price was awesome! Ease of ordering awesome! Shipping super fast! Packaging great!

Excellent for mixing
I bought these headphones for the purpose of music creation. To me they seem weak in the bass but great for an overall flat sound. For casual music listening look elsewhere. They are comfortable and affordable just recognize their purpose.

Excellent!
Truly excellent sound quality, and I finally found a pair of headphones with a volume control. The headphones are also very comfortable to wear.The only criticism I have, would be that I prefer a coiled cord rather than the straight one.

Replace your Studio Monitors
Wow ..... These headphones were bought to replace my studio monitors and it did the job perfectly. It truly represents the sound that needs to be recorded. very comfortable when wearing for long recording sessions

overpriced and low quality (based on the original pair)
there is no third party version of this cheaply made cushions. So had to dish out 30 bucks... . the original pair just crumblem up into small black pieces and the stitches came of like nothing...not happy at KRK.

Excellent for mixing at a reasonable price
I use my KNS 8400 headphones for mixing to supplement my monitors in my home studio. I am very happy with their performance, Reasonable bass levels from a pair of headphones. I recommend the KNS 8400s.

Worth the money, but doesn't look good
Very good clarity. Beautiful treble and balanced mids. Vocals and drums sound really good. Bass a little bit recessed, maybe just not enhanced. Great headphones for the price.

Really detailed sound.
I heard things in my mixes that I hadn't heard before with lesser headphones! The overall sound quality is really excellent - it has a very honest reproduction.

Great Cans
These cans have excellent frequency response without being gritty , smeared , or hyped . I'd mix on them in a pinch and feel pretty confident with the outcome.
