It works.
Needed this in order to attach 3.5mm mics to my GH2 (which only has a 2.5mm mic input). Works well, and the right angle is a definite plus (helps keep cables from snagging)

Just what I expected
I oredered this item so I can plug my headphones into my Cell phone. My headphone jack is 3.5mm and my phone has a 2.5mm receptor. This item plugs neatly into my phone and due to it's angle design, allows the headphone wire to run neatly along the side of my phone. It is well constructed and fells like it will hold up for quite some time.

Didnt work like it was supposed to
I bought this product to adapt down my SkullCandy earbuds that fit into my LG Chocolate 3. It says its stereo and it has 2 channels on the pin, but it only plays out of one side. I had to buy an adapter at ... that had 3 channels to make it work. Didn't return it because I would just lose more money.

GH2 audio necessity
I just got a GH2 and for some silly reason it only has a 2.5mm audio jack when all the mics have 3.5mm. So you kind of need this adapter to connect external mics. I got the right angle one because it's more stable on the jack itself.

Great adapter
This adapter does what it says it will do. I purchased it for use with my GH1 and it now allows me to attach my Azden SMX10 into the 2.5mm input on my camera body. Something worth mentioning is that the item appears to be blue/gray in the picture provided by B&H, but the one I received is actually black (which is a good thing since it will match my camera better).

Much Needed Accessory At Last
Plain and simple this product saves headphones, extension cables and the like. Imagine spending $3.50 to save a much more expensive device. Its called insurance. Of course, if your cables are angled, no need for this. But, if not, this is mandatory.

Works well with Palm Treo 650 PDA
Bought this for my spouse's Palm Treo 650 PDA and it works well with it. The Treo 650 headphone jack can be a bit finicky with adapters like this, but this one works great!
