Great wireless headphones, but it has a few issues
I love my Bose Wireless Headphones, but it's not perfect. The pairing and use are simple, especially if you use the Bose + app. It reconnects to my phone without issue, but you will have to repair it if you change devices. Again, it's really simple with the app on each device. The headphones have a great in-ear bud that really isolates the sound and keeps them in your ear comfortably. I can wear them for hours and never feel any pressure points.... Show More

Phone Calls Only Come out of One Ear...and other grievances
Do a web search and read some of the issues & comments on the Bose forum before you buy. I wish I had... Do they sound great? Yes. Are they comfortable? Yes, but not as comfortable as my wired QC20 earbuds and not nearly as comfortable as my old SoundSport earbuds. Are the buttons located in bad places and really difficult to push? Yes. Are the earbuds unbelievably bulky? Yes, and you will look silly wearing them. The case is also unbelievably b... Show More

Pros and Cons
The good points of these headphones are REALLY good, and the bad points are pretty darn bad. First the good: I love the sound quality. I'm not an audio expert, but to me it sounds rich, velvety, warm, and 'full,' with great bass. Another strong point is the feeling of the headphones in your ears - you just pop them in, and they fit quite snugly. I go jogging with these quite often, and they rarely get loose. Now, on to the negatives... I've gone ... Show More

Awesome!
I was hesitant in buying these because of some of the reviews about how they sync with video but decided to take a chance when I found a GREAT deal and am not disappointed! I did a software/firmware update available through the Bose Connect app shortly after taking them out of the package but these have great range, great sound, and no problems with video sync on my iPad Pro 12.9 or my iPhone 6S Plus. 2 weeks of steady usage and..........
I was nervous buying these things because I planned to use them mostly for running and people really complained about the cutting out. 1. They work well for running. They stay in and feel comfortable. Longest run so far in them is 6 miles. 2. They do cutout but it's odd. I'll go 3 runs where they work fine and then 1 run they'll cut out for a second a couple of times. I wear a running belt and keep the phone on my right hip. For normal wear t... Show More

Disappointing if using for more than music
I have the wired version of the Bose Sport headphones and they have been fantastic. Unfortunately, the Bose SoundFree Sport do not live up to the Bose reputation. I watch a lot of YouTube videos on my iOS devices (iPad and iPhone), and there is an issue with these headphones that causes a lag when watching videos through the YouTube app on iOS. This is extremely annoying. Other streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) work fine, this prob... Show More

Almost, but not quite perfect
I love almost everything about these. They are comfortable and easy to insert and remove. The controls work well. I can do weights, run, bike... they are stable and stay IN. All that is GREAT! However.... the LEFT earphone cuts out regularly about an hour or more into my workouts--it stops for a second then comes back, sometimes more than once. And this has nothing to do with the charge as they are 100% charged before I start any workout (nothing... Show More

Great for music but not ideal for phone or conference calls
I purchased these to replace my Bose wired headphones after listening to music with them at the Bose store. The sound quality is very good and they do fit very well in my ears. The charging case is excellent and sturdy and is a great carrying case. However, the major issue is that for phone calls and conference calls, sound only comes out of one ear and this is really annoying for me - so much so that I am returning them and am going to buy the A... Is it worth it???
I was on the fence about the Bose Soundsport and after having them for a few weeks, here is my honest review. The Good: I can appreciate the battery life, the and the sound quality, They definitely stay in your ear and I have yet to shake them off. The Bad: The fitment has been a little less than uncomfortable, I have tried all three size inserts and none of them feel more comfortable than the others. The headphones also cut out per... They could be better
I just got them and tried them for the first time on a 5.5 hour. First of all they are not that comfortable, after a while my ear started to hurt (I think I should change the plug for a smaller one) and you get really tired of them. The battery which was new a fully charged did not last for the 5 hours it says they would, at best they went for 4 hours. The sound quality is ok but nothing more than that. In the other hand the design and functional... Show More

Excellent First Pair of Wireless Headphones
Everything about the shopping process was excellent. My girlfriend and I tried the headphones in the store with our iPhones. The salesperson cleaned the silicone earbuds with alcohol swabs before handing them off. We were shown a variety of options, but the sound quality of these headphones made our decision obvious. The headphones themselves fit comfortably in the ear and do not move much or fall out when used during vigorous exercise. The soun... Show More

Great start
First I wanted to say how happy I am that I finally found a great pair of Bluetooth earphones that were truly wireless. Overall this product works as intended and has great audio quality. However there are a couple minor downsides: 1. If the phone's line of sight is blocked at a certain angle, left earphone loses audio. 2. The middle button on the right earphone is too small, requiring more effort than necessary to play, pause, skip or go bac... Show More

Ultimate Bose sound quality and half usual price
Sound is perfect as hoped for from Bose, great bass and can seriously pack a volume punch… Could do with a touch further BT range but that’s just BT I guess… For the price paid and the quality and sound you get I’m shocked and glad I chose these over any others ESPECIALLY as its nearly impossible for them to come out your ears and I sweat when I workout… like a LOT. Oh and the charging case has AWESOME battery life and keeping them safe, along with Find my Buds (which WORKS (within range))

Good sounds, perfect for running
Sound quality is excellent, I bought these for running and was concerned about them being secure however the shape is perfect and there are even 3 different sized clips included for different sized ears. The connection app is really easy to use and the charging case is really handy for keeping the battery levels topped up. My only criticism is the control buttons in each earpiece which control play/pause/skip/volume are quite hard to press however i’m sure this will become easier with practise.

Bose - Not up to the usual standard
When I needed wireless headphones Bose were the natural choice. However, I found the case difficult to open and very slippy, Not good if the earphones end up on the floor as a result.. Left earphone was dogged by drop outs, sometimes altogether despite the phone being in my hand; the only way I could get it to reconnect was to put it back in the case. Ended up returning for a refund. Argos were great, took them back no issues, pity the earphones didn't live up to their claims on the box.

Sound is good but not worth the money
Not the most comfortable, but everyones ears are different. Bulky and stick out so not the best looking earphones. The left ear connects via the right meaning the left can't be used on its own and there are random drop-outs on the left. Googling shows that this is a known issue due to the way that they work and I wouldn't expect that for something so expensive. The charging case battery also runs down when not in use. Have to disconnect one device to use on another. Microphone is poor for calls.

Explosive sound from Bose
It was a toss up for me between these and Beats, I certainly made the right choice. The sound these little things produce is extraordinary, great bass and clarity to go with it. The buds themselves are a little larger than others but the sit comfortably and once in they stay put. The charging case is brilliant and means you’ll always have power when you need it. You do sacrifice a little style with these because they come out of the war further than other earphones. Quality over style.

Fantastic
I have been using Bose SoundSport Free wireless headphones for some time now and I have not once experienced the connection issues being reported in previous reviews, I’d used SoundSport Pulse wireless headphones Connection – I have never once lost connection to the Slave (left Ear), this may be because mine are always fully charged as I have read somewhere that the left ear consumes more power faster than the right ear, this may explain the loss of connection other users are experiencing.

Sound quality is amazing but.....
The Sound quality is brilliant but these ear plugs have a major problem, when you are in an area with lots of Bluetooth devices like the beach or pool area (which of course is why you’d buy them), they constantly drop the Bluetooth connection to your device or the left earplug drops the connection. This is not just a faulty pair that I got, the internet is full of forums with people complaining about the same issues. You would expect better from Bose and therefore I cannnot recommend these.

Look good but expensive and flawed design
Plus: I use for running. Buds fit securely without falling out. Charger box a good design. Sound quality good (rather than great) Negative: Very expensive. Sound in the left earbud drops out regularly giving similar feeling to a cheap wired pair where the internal wire has broken. This is frequently reported on user sites. Have dealt with Bose customer support by email and updated software, charged, renewed pairing to no avail. Incredibly irritating and a complete deal breaker. Do not buy

Music to my ears. Literally!
Let me give a little background into how I came to buy these little pieces of audio amazement for my ears. I am a terrible procrastinator when it comes to buying tech, I go through a rediculous amount of research, and make sure that there isn't a single article on the internet about the product in question that I've not read before even considering whether I actually buy. This purchase was no different. I only wish I didnt waste this time and bought them as soon as I found them. BUY THEM NOW!

Fastastic sound sadly let down by software issues
What a shame, I absolutely adored the sound coming out of these, real punchy base with high fidelity too, even at max volume there was absolutely no distortion, however during the 1st half hour use, it begun apparent that the connection issue that’s blighted these are still there, just to make sure though I proceeded with the update, which took almost 2hrs whilst on 4g coverage ! But it was still there, the slave unit (left ear) kept disconnecting from the master. Returned for Beats Solo 3

Bose quality
Sound quality you would expect from Bose, quick and easy to connect and use. I find I prefer the passive noise cancelling effect of the ear plug over the active noise cancelling quiet comfort headphones I used to use. No pressure or discomfort, but uninterrupted sound quality in the train. More comfortable than I expected from some reviews. I’ve had no need to remove or adjust during long journeys. 2 extra full charges out of the storage case is helpful for a 2 day trip without cables.

Pointless Product for Streaming
I purchased these because I have a phone without a audio jack, these seemed to be the ideal choice for traveling and commuting for my needs. YouTube and Netflix have massive audio lag which but puts the audio out of sync with the video and the issue gets even worse the lower the battery gets. New firmware to fix the issue didnt.. check forums before you buy. Sound quality is ok though for music bit synthetic on bass but ok. I wouldn't recommend these for any other use than pure music.
